Our stay at Luxe Glamp was overall very good and we really enjoyed the property, ambience, and hospitality. However, as parents traveling with a baby, we requested baby food support and also asked whether we could use the kitchen to prepare baby food ourselves, but unfortunately that was denied. It would be great if the management could consider having a separate baby food menu or some basic support for parents traveling with infants. That would make the stay much more convenient and comfortable for families. Except for this concern, everything else was good and we had a pleasant experience.

A truly memorable stay at this beautiful dome glamping property in Kodaikanal. The view was absolutely breathtaking, the ambience was peaceful and refreshing, and the food was delicious throughout our stay. What made the experience even more special was the hospitality. The staff and manager were extremely polite, welcoming, and very accommodative. Everything felt warm, cozy, and thoughtfully arranged. Overall, it felt like stepping into a different world altogether. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a unique and heartwarming getaway experience.

excellent stay, green surroundings, above average food

Property is decent with limited amenities. Food is homely. Location is fair enough and nothing exciting. Service of the staff is excellent. Place is infested with monkeys and needful to be watchful. Pet related rules need to be clear since MMT mentioned "pets are freely allowed while booking" but property charged for the pets separately though there were no services offered to pets.

it was a memorable stay in the camp at Kodaikanal though the road reaching towards the camp is a major bottle neck and become horrible during monsoon and peak season. people in the camp are very nice and cooperative. location is awesome, felt like heaven. it's an experience that should be done by everyone

Property location is perfect and such a dreamy stay. Food- 9/10- Alfredo veg was very nice ... pannet butter masala was good. menu options/ customization is limited Hygiene- 10/10 Washroom- 10/10 In house experience- 10/10 everything from room heater, hot water, minibar, food delivery to camp... super support by staff Jacuzzi- 4/10.... You get mud in water....Simple adding a filter will remove the dirt/ soil that's coming through the pipes... As a solo traveler- It will make you fall in love with books... perfect to lay on hammock and read

Amazing ultimate stay view amazing jacuzzi super quality, food is also good and staff is helpful. There was a cab strike so they sent someone to pick us up to Kodaikanal 35 km from property. Thanks a lot for that.

The location is great with amazing views. The room and bathroom were also great. But the Jacuzzi did not work for the entirety of our stay. It continuously had dirty water due to which we could not use it. So that was a disappointment.

Though it was a short stay, it was peaceful away from the city close to nature. Staff were always available, friendly and made our stay enjoyable. Thanks to Nanda and chef Vijay. Would recommend this stay to our friends.

This property located in pombarai Kodaikanal,Roads aredangerous full of off-beat after the roads and finally reached property the food was tooo poor tasteless and tooo limited items.service and staff are good.clamp was very hot can’t sustain for a minute in clamp.not worth for this much penny.Their is no privacy to each clamp.worst experience at this stay.

Beautiful location with stunning valley. The rooms were spacious, clean, and cozy. Food was delicious and the staff were warm and helpful. Perfect peaceful staycation. Highly recommended for couples and families.

glamp experience was awesome. rooms look premium. service is good. all the necessary things are available. we had a decent stay. food pricing is costly is what I felt because we ordered south Indian fried chicken for which we got 5 pieces of small strip chicken for 500 rs. taste was ok. I recommend it for couples and families who want to experience the best glamp stay in Kodai. as far as I have researched and heard it, even though luxe glamp is costly but worth more than others.

We stayed at the Lux Chateau. The room was good, but no waterfall view as mentioned because it was fully dried up. The room service was extremely poor. We had to call them multiple times to get the things done. We had asked for a room decor on account of my wife's birthday 2 months in advance but it was not ready for us. The room service failed to collect the finished food plates/ left over food on time which led to monkeys completely causing waste all around our room. We understand that the property is built in mountains and monkeys cannot be avoided. Had the food been cleared on time it would have not caused all the nuisance. Kindly correct this. The swimming pool present in the Lux Chateau is of no use at all - as all the monkeys keep drinking water from the pool and the breakfast spread is provided in the same pool (as floating breakfast) - To say in short not worth the money we spent for the Chateau. No private trek to the waterfall was provided as it was mentioned, no horse riding too. Food was not so good and very less varieties provided. Since the property is located in a very remote village location, the roads leading to the property are so poorly maintained. Please avoid visiting the Chateau in peak summer season, as it's fully made of glass and absorbs all the heat and is retained within the room in spite of AC and side fan provided.
