Facility and staff is good. They provide all required things in property. But charges are misaligned with property feel, they seem to be 20-30% higher than it should be.

Stay is good as it's village room service is average food is good only in breakfast, rest all food is reserved or left from breakfast. even if you order thali at night they will give sweet which is left in morning breakfast and freezed. parking is good and they also provide EV charging option as well which is good

Very nice place . We always prefer to stay here because of the ambiance, service and the best facilities here.

Swimming pool was the best part of the resort to relax after beach play. Bit disappointed on the breakfast, as there could have been a good taste and few more options. Rooms were good to fulfil all the needs for a stay.

The location was good, the food was tasty and I liked the amenities. We were happy to stay at the lotus, everything else was good. My children liked the swing and I enjoyed them too. The resort was closer to the beach than I expected, so the experience was good and thanks for good services.

I stayed here for one night. The resort is ok overall. I am bit unsatisfied with the toiletries provided, torn bedsheet, the towel qualities. The food is also quite expensive.

The rooms are lovely and the property is nice and well maintained. The food however could have been better.

Property was good...... but the food was not at all good...... the food is not authentic..... they served the rotten fish in fish thali that we have ordered and the curry was not at all the fish curry....... that was only some gravy used for other dishes, which tastes very bad....... also the breakfast was not worth the money......they only provide poha n sheera on weekdays and on weekends they add one more item to it...... which is not good.... if we have paid for it then they should provide the same breakfast facility on all the days.....breakfast dishes that are served cold ........I am not at all satisfied with food and breakfast being served

Rooms were good and neat and clean. Food was good, but can even keep maharashtrian cuisine.. as it's in ratnagiri there shd be special food of that locality in their menu.

It was a great stay even with minor hiccups. First, the rooms were properly clean, so that is a big checklist done. Secondly, the location - it is 500 meters from the beach, so you can walk, no need to drive. Third, the food taste in the restaurant is good, so you don't have to search for food elsewhere. The place has children play area as well as outdoor seating. Things that can improve is speed of serving food, it is bit slow. WiFi was down for both days I stayed. The overall mobile network in Diveagar is not great. Would definitely recommend.

This "resort" is not at all like the pictures and all the reviews seem managed. Please avoid this place, it's not good at all. It's a really small property. Food service is worst, they take 1 hour to serve basics like khichdi and anda bhurji, that too after several reminders. Completely unmanaged place. Food quality is just ok. On the morning of check out eggs were not available for breakfast as they were out of stock. We had to scrape out chhole to have chhole poori. The kitchen was so so dirty, no wonder we all had upset stomachs. TV was not working in our room and no "specialist" came to repair it. 1 Geyser was not working in one of the bathrooms of family cottage room. Cleaning staff is good, helpful. The "parking area" is not made of cement, so the whole area was flooded after rain and one couldn't walk on the slush unhygienic, poor service, overpriced. Regret staying here.

Best stay hotel in the area, rates vary based on seasons but with limited staff availability and low room services. However food was really nice even though people were same who were managing making food, waitering rooms and tables, hats off to them but other side 5k of rooms with low services rates is a catch.
