Not worth the money and poor management and maintenance. There are no sea view rooms, just posted photos and the washroom is in unhygienic conditions.

Very average stay. Rooms neither big nor well maintained. Just in case you don’t find a stay elsewhere. No beach advantage as the hotel is sandwiched between two more hotels. Only thing is it’s pretty walkable. They don’t have a restaurant and served breakfast from A2B. Staff are courteous but facilities are poor.

No cleaning daily, no towel change. It's not worth the price, only benefit is nearby sea.

Only thing good about the place is location. Otherwise it is a cramped space with shabby rooms, bed linens, bugs in washroom. For the price I paid it is not at all justifiable.

This has been one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had. Upon requesting an early check-in, I was provided with a room that had a strong, stinging smell and visible fungus issues. The condition of the room was unacceptable and clearly not suitable for guests. When I raised a complaint, instead of resolving the issue properly, I was asked to upgrade to a superior room at additional cost. After moving to the superior room, the experience did not improve. There was no proper response or assistance from the front desk staff. Furthermore, the room did not have hot water and lacked basic expected amenities. This level of service and hygiene is extremely disappointing. I expect an explanation for this inconvenience and appropriate compensation for the discomfort caused. I look forward to your prompt response.

The experience was really really horrible because they didn't give the proper bill. We have gone on a business trip and we need a proper bill for submitting in our companies. But what they did they just reduce our amount and they are giving a fake bill. Not bill but they are deductingand other things they are deducting and they are giving a different bill. But we told them that why you are reducing for GST claiming e. Works of amount or GST amount, they are simply the customer. We had a big fight for one hour and at the last they didn't give us the proper bill which we have paid in Makemytrip and as per the company rule we should get the same bill. But we didn't get it OK and it has a very bad bad behaviour by the managers which is just and we we are 3 people and it was really a bad experience and going to.

Worst service I am not satisfied with their hospitality. Don't suggest this hotel to anyone.

The location is 100 metres from the beach and doesn't have parking for its customers. There is no restaurant within the hotel. There is a daily supply of breakfast from A2B and the menu is repetitive. There is no option for tea or coffee. The size of the bed is too small for a couple and child. The rooms are very unclean and there is no cleaning unless you specifically insist. There are water leaks from the AC, no warm water, and the walls have peeling paint and haven't had any cleaning in ages.

Breakfast they mentioned as it is free but it is very limited. the water bottle is 500 ml charged 30 rs just beside the cafe we get 1 ltr for 20 rupees. I recently stayed at this hotel and had a very disappointing experience. The room was poorly maintained, there were cockroaches, the bathroom lock was broken and I even got stuck inside, the fan wasn’t working, and most of the fixtures were rusted, broken, or covered in fungus. The linens were also badly stained. This place deserves 0 stars.

Hotel Service is horrible,In executive room there is no ventilation..totally damp floor, without AC you cannot stay ..the water is coming from floor and wall..the hotel we cannot be a Three star hotel at all..no amenities has been provided as per the written.. complementary breakfast also we have to beg..then at last they have given very late.

The problems I faced included: Poor Room Condition: The room was unclean, with stained linens, damp walls, and an unpleasant odor. The furniture was old and damaged, making the stay very uncomfortable. Bathroom Issues: The bathroom was unhygienic, with leaking taps, broken fittings, and no proper hot water supply. Housekeeping & Cleanliness: Despite multiple requests, the housekeeping staff did not attend to the room regularly. Basic toiletries and clean towels were not clean, bedsheets were having blood stains, rooms full of cockroach and bedbugs. No House Keeping Staff were seen in entire stay in my floor washroom door was full of termites and water leakage from aur conditioner. No Fans in the room and no window for basic ventilation. completely dissatisfied with my stay and make my trip didn't provide any quick response to address my issue as well. I was very disappointed with my stay at this hotel. The property is poorly maintained – the rooms were not clean, basic facilities were broken, and overall hygiene was lacking. The service also felt unprofessional and unresponsive to concerns. Definitely not worth the price, and I would not recommend this place unless major improvements are made.

No proper car parking place

Food was bought from outside vendor. Outside room it was so noisy. Bed was not good. Lights were not proper.

Good place just next to the beach. Very friendly staffs. Only issue is they do not have a private parking space
