Review Of Lighthouse Waterpark and Resort

I booked delux rooms was given standard rooms , rooms were not well maintained, poor restaurant service, overpriced low quality food service

1)Food was not good 2)And electricity problem was countinue 3) hospitality was not serious 4)Other was all ok about stay just like room and swimming pool and washroom also

It was good experience while had a stay with family. Pool, restaurant was also good enough.

Visited with family for stay at resort. Rooms are spacious but upkeep can be better. Provided all the toiletries in the room. We stayed in gulmohar block which is facing swimming pool & adjacent to kids play area. They have vegetarian restaurant in premises and food was tasty. Have limited menu and takes time for serving. Staff is very courteous but service is slow. Resort charges don't include waterpark entry fee and even entry for waterpark is after coming out from resort. Waterpark was crowded and had lot of chlorine in water which was causing irritation. They have good water slides and dj but still cost is very high as compared to facility. Lockers & seating space are limited. Food park entry is only for visitors with coupon.

Nice property value for money, i stayed here three days in villa. Staff are good, rooms are clean and specious all basics amenities are available swimming pool, garden and for morning walk with nature and most beautiful things temple of god sri ram, lord shiva and many more jhanki sri krishna and sri ram

very good service of the staff,. pleasant environment 💯 , would I like visit again 🙂, but next with more days of vacation

After driving a long way from hyderabad, i had a bad sleep at resort, non functioning air conditioner, water leakages in bathroom, poor staff, not concerned about clients.

Food service was too slow pool was not clean they didn't even provided extra pillows on request

Ac not working. Light night 4 time off.

Very good resort and polite staff there, enjoyed stay, delicious food, swimming, garden, birds park, london bus, break dance. Thank you make my trip

Its very good resort for family members especially for kids. It has everything amusement park, water park, ramdham cave type temple, museum, bird park where u can view various foreign birds. Also u can carry them on your hand click pics by paying extra fee. In short its full family fun resort. Rooms are also neat & clean. Only very few option available in food menu but its ok.

The rooms and food is of no good. And the park for which the kids like. They start only when 22 or 16 people comes up. And that never happened. So we couldn't ride. So bad service.

Superb property friendly staff

Even you have to ask for things like soap and shampoo. Breakfast menu is poor compared to cost. Lethargic service.

Very bad room, poor housekeeping, ac is not functioning properly, room service poor, restuarant taking one hour to serve food, not recommendable to any one

Excellent service provided by the staff and other faculty, food is the superb. Feels like eating at home. Very nice place to visit
