by mistake I booked it for the next day, both makemytrip and the hotel management helped me modify the booking. I panicked and thought all my money had gone to waste. very grateful to them they accepted my request. great stay, good food. thank you

Good Stay
Everything related to the Hotel was top notch. The only issue was with the WiFi, which never got connected, it didn't seem to be a problem as the service and response was great. Looking forward for my next visit, and my next stay at this Hotel.

Excellent Stay
Had a pleasant stay at Lemon Tree Bhubaneswar. The property was well-maintained and the food quality was excellent. The only area for improvement would be the internet speed, which was a bit slow.

Average Stay
The room was decent, and the location of the hotel is good and convenient. The room had lizards which was disappointing but was handled soon. Staff behavior was okay, I had to pay additional money to check in 1.5 hours before which I did not like. It basically means they had room available but did not accommodate.

Overall good experience. Spacious room and good spread in breakfast. Immediately acted upon housekeeping cleanness. My room blanket cover was not clean but they did it after I brought that to their notice.

Poor Stay
I had specifically booked a room with a king-size bed; however, upon check-in, I was provided with a smaller bed which did not match the booking description. This was disappointing as I had chosen the room based on that preference. Additionally, the bed quality was poor and not comfortable for sleeping, as it felt too soft and sinking, affecting overall comfort during the stay. I had also requested a pool view room, but that was not provided either. Overall, the experience did not meet expectations. I request you to ensure that room features mentioned at the time of booking are accurately provided to guests in the future.

Good Stay
Overall experience was good. The only thing that we didn't expect was the cleanliness of the washroom. Water got stuck off two times and the same was cleaned promptly. However the staff are very cordial. We enjoyed our time during our stay.

Good Place in Middle of city
