I am writing to formally raise a concern regarding our current stay at your property.
Unfortunately, the condition of the property is extremely disappointing and does not match what was shown in the listing or photographs. The room is not clean at all and there is visible dust. The bed sheets have noticeable stain marks, and basic hygiene essentials such as tissues are not provided in the room.
Additionally, the food quality is very poor, and the culinary setup maintained at the property is unhygienic and unacceptable. Overall, the cleanliness and maintenance standards are far below expectations, making it very uncomfortable for us to continue our stay.
Due to these reasons, we are unable to proceed with this trip. At the moment, I am also unable to share photographs, but the issues mentioned above are genuine and significant.
Considering the situation, I kindly request you to cancel our booking and process a refund at the earliest.
