Excellent Stay
Everything was very good Location was very beautiful and the facilities was great, food was very delicious, the climate was nice, it's a very great experience for my special trip

just avoid if you are with family
Room landline wasn’t working even till checkout the issue persist, for 2 guests they didn't have 2 blankets as it was cold and had given just one, the kettles were not cleaned and there were used towels in one of our rooms, there was a cigarette smell in the room, a single service guy was there after 6 or 7 to do every work on the floor and every guest had similar issues.

Poor Stay
The accommodations are quite small and do not offer good value for money. Other properties in the area provide better rooms

Good Stay
The stay was nice and the view was very beautiful from the maple room. The only problem is the room size which is small compared to other hotels at the same range. I'd recommend this to my friends only if they want to enjoy the food and the view from the room or the cafe

Good Stay
Location is perfect. Property is pretty and well maintained. They have the best cafe in Nainital which is almost always full. Rooms are on the smaller side but comfortable.

Pleasant stay
It was a very pleasant and comfortable stay, the rooms were clean and the staff were very courteous especially Vicky bhaiyya.

Poor Stay
Room was not worth it for the charge. Too little room. Facilities were not proper. Dryer was not working. TV screen was not up to the mark. No parking facility.

Best hotel at mall road, rooms are bit small but they are clean. They also have best cafe at mall road named Lake view cafe which gives best view to naini lake.

Average Stay
The food was very good and delicious that’s something I would highly recommend. But the staff were rude. There were no shampoos in the washroom. No slippers were provided. Hair dryer was not working properly. Location was good.

Had an absolutely fantastic stay! The staff was extremely helpful and cooperative, making the entire experience smooth and comfortable. The ambience is beautiful, the rooms are spotless, washrooms are very clean, and the overall aesthetic is truly impressive. The property has a restaurant, café, and hotel all in one, and the food and drinks were absolutely amazing. Everything felt top-notch truly a beautiful experience. Highly recommended!

My experience is lakeside inn is very good. Room cleaning is good. Staff behaviour is good. Staff helping nature. Views are too good. Bathroom cleaning is good.

there was no parking at hotel , and they give the poor room and in that room no wardrobe no ventilation
