We had a pleasant stay overall. The location is excellent, and the property is clean and well maintained. The food quality was good, although slightly expensive. The swimming pool was smaller than expected and needs better upkeep. Considering the room rate of 10k per night without breakfast, the hotel could offer better value

Property location is okay , I didn’t find hotel has good hospitality, , I was supposed to get birthday celebration cake and we discussed with hotel staff at the The time of check in and discussed flavours of cake but in birthday , no cake arrived in my room, water bottle was charged after 4 bottle 500ml each per room… I asked for a mango for my kid and guess it cost me Rs. 181/- for 1 mango …too pricey . I would not recommend this hotel to my relatives as it cost mand I couldn’t find satisfactory stay. There is no activity area for kids , small pool, tiny room lacking basic amenities like separate face towel , bedsheets were stained, no hot water facilities in wash basin tap, no bucket for making kids bathe as only shower was there for adults,

Excellent stay, resort was nice, food was great, staff was courteous. Ambiance was very good. There is a big pathway where you can take good photos. Though Aswem beach is not that good for that you have to go somewhere.

The property is not very good and it's very congested and not well maintained. Basic things not kept in the washroom according to no person stays. Overall experience in the resort not that much good it's an average experience.

You are actually paying for the property rather than paying for the room. Property is amazing, Ambience is great. Food is surprisingly top notch specially tandoori starters. Rooms are decent but not worth the amount. Overall property 5/5 Rooms 3/5 Ambience 5/5 Food 5/5.

It was wonderful experience to stay in La cabana resort mandrem Goa. Located right on the beach. Resort full of greenery, nice cottages, delicious food. Everything is perfect. Love to stay again specially in mansoon.

My stay at La Cabana Beach & Spa Goa was completely ruined by the staff’s unacceptable and unprofessional behavior. For a property in the hospitality industry, the level of service was shockingly poor. The staff lacked even the most basic courtesy—no eye contact, no greeting, no sense of welcoming guests. It felt like guests were an inconvenience rather than a priority. The breakfast experience was equally disappointing. The waiters were extremely inattentive and showed zero interest in fulfilling guest requests. Basic service standards were missing, and there was a clear lack of training and accountability. What is even more disturbing is what happened after I gave honest feedback on the second day of my stay. Instead of improving, the staff’s behavior became openly disrespectful. On the third day, at the omelette counter during breakfast, the staff were making fun This was not only unprofessional Such behavior is completely unacceptable and reflects very poorly on the management. If this is how feedback is handled, it clearly shows a service culture where guests are neither respected nor valued. I strongly urge the management to take strict action, seriously retrain their staff, and instill basic professionalism—because in its current state, this property does not deserve to be called a hospitality establishment.
