I booked this hotel for official work. At check-in, the staff behaved politely but never clarified which items were complimentary and which were chargeable, even though my booking clearly included breakfast and dinner.
During dinner, I tried the food salad — it was disgusting; small cockroaches were crawling inside the bowl. Despite all this, checkout went smoothly. But soon after leaving, I received a call from the staff claiming I had a pending bill.
I was stunned — I hadn’t used anything beyond my booked services. The lady insisted I had consumed one packet of biscuits, aloo bhujiya, and tea bags from the room, which were apparently not complimentary. As a gentleman, I paid the amount to avoid hassle.
In short, the entire experience was chaotic. Nothing was streamlined, from hygiene to billing. I will never stay here again and strongly advise others to avoid it.
