place is good for family stay, well maintained and neat. Near local market area and has good view from room.

Great location. Helpful and courteous staff. The property is very well maintained. The rooms were very spacious and comfortable. Our booking was from 19th Mar to 21st Mar. 19th Mar our flight was cancelled. We reached 20th March around 10:30 AM. Though the breakfast gets closed by 10 it was extended just for us. Overall a very good experience.

A bit overpriced. No pool and good view compared to many other options. They have maintained the property very well though.

It is located in a prime area of Munnar. We had an excellent stay at this hotel—it was clean, well maintained, and managed by KTDC. The only issue was the taste of the food, which could be improved. Overall, it was a very pleasant and satisfying stay.

the room allocated is of the poorest quality. It's in a remote location inside the property and all basic facilities are removed from the room. Like no spare towels, etc

It was a wonderful family trip. We visited and stayed at Tea County for a weekend break from our busy schedule. The rooms are spacious, clean, and very well maintained. One of the best aspects of the hotel is the well-mannered and courteous staff, who made our stay very comfortable. The restaurant is neat and offers excellent service. The food was healthy, delicious, and definitely one of the highlights of our stay. Although the food is a little costly, the quality more than compensates for the price. We are very happy with our experience and would gladly recommend this property to others.

Hotel is good, spacious, and clean. But no lift. Their room service people broke my bag while carrying it outside to my car.

We had a wonderful time at ktdc tea county. Spacious parking, polite and pleasant behaviour from the staff, variety and quality food options, hygienic and the room came with a beautiful valley view. The only disadvantage was the distance of the executive room from the reception area, which could perhaps be eased out.

The way to the room was pathetic. It was said as valley view, nothing of that sort. There was no value for money. Food quality was just average. Will not recommend this property for stay at this price. Better properties are available. Though I was shifted to another room, but still will not recommend.

Lovely property. Amazing food and service. The garden is so well maintained and property is clean. Highly recommended for folks visiting Munnar.

Best Resort in Central Munnar

The property is managed in a very poor manner. During check in there was nobody to show us the rooms. We asked for two bottles of water three times and at last decided to go and take water from our car in the parking lot. Waste plates kept outside rooms are being handled by stray cats. They keep toiletries for one person when the room is booked for two. Even if we call nobody will bring it just like water. Garden is comparatively well maintained.

The property is at a central location and well accessible to attractions. The rooms are clean. The breakfast spread and taste of the dishes is average.
