I had a great experience staying at Kinner Villa. The rooms were very clean and comfortable, and the room service was efficient. The food was delicious, and the view of Kinnaur Kailash from the property was simply stunning. Truly a peaceful and memorable stay!

The property is excellent, the views from the same are also awesome. Normally this would qualify for a 5 star rating. However there are a few issues. First. The food service is very slow and the staff don't know much about options available. Secondly food options for vegetarian and Jain are very few. On asking for Jain sandwiches they brought what we had ordered but said these are non veg as the bread dough contains eggs. On visiting the kitchen, even the chef was not aware and maintained that the bread is non vegetarian. I then asked to see the bread packet they use and behold it was green marked and fully vegetarian as per the listed ingredients. I was thinking of a rating of 3, but ultimately settled for 4 due to the property views.

Following is my review: 1. The rooms and especially the bathroom were very old, worn out and not maintained. 2. ⁠The bed linens were dirty and had hair on it. 3. ⁠Food was below average with limited to no options for vegetarians. 4. ⁠There was a group that was entertained by the hotel. This group played music and make alot of noise until 11:30 pm which created a lot of disturbance and the hotel didn’t do anything about it.

The hotel is pretty good in a very nice location with breathtaking view. The food is very expensive though for the quality. They should either improve the quality of the food or should charge at least 25% less. The right price for the dinner buffet ( based on the quality) should not be more than Rs. 300 per person and the breakfast buffet should not be more than Rs 200 per person. They should also add stuff for the breakfast buffet

Had a beautiful stay at k inner villa in late october 2024. The property is located perfectly at a hill top. The morning view of the mountains was amazing. It was very cold. Thankfully they had heated bed. The staff were very well behaved and super helpful. I would recommend this place to anyone who visits kalpa

Found this stay through Mmt and it was a wholesome experience. We had a wonderful stay. The view of Kinner Kailash was so serene and beautiful. Food and hospitality was great. Will visit again for sure. 😊

One of the biggest property in kalpa with excellent view, food and rooms are average

It's situated in the lap of nature, surrounded by mighty mountains. The hosts are so polite. Food is also nice. The crowd is amazing, you get to meet new people.

This is one of the best and probably highest hotel in kalpa. Hotel staff is welcoming and service is very good. Food and ambience is great. the majestic view of kinnaur kailash is undoubtedly the memorable experience.
