Excellent Stay
The property is very nicely maintained. I’m staying here for the second time, and once again the experience has been excellent. The staff is well trained, courteous, and very helpful. Breakfast was very nice with a wide variety of options to choose from. Overall, a comfortable and pleasant stay.

Excellent Stay
The property is very nice and located in a good area. Overall, we had a comfortable stay. However, there were a few minor issues in the room—the electric kettle was not functioning properly, and the overhead shower in the bathroom was also not working properly. The tea/coffee amenities could also be improved. We were three people, and we were provided with a twin-bed room along with an extra bed. The bathroom had only a sliding door, which was slightly inconvenient. On a positive note, the pool area staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was excellent, and the service and staff were polite and attentive. Apart from these small concerns, everything else was perfect. Thank you to the JW Marriott Pune team for the hospitality.

Relaxing weekend while celebrating my partners bday
This was my first every experience with JW and hod it was amazing - It was true meaning of luxury that I have experienced. I was celebrating my partners bday and they made everything perfect. Surprise room decor - check , Late check out - check. The stay the amenities were excellent but honestly if one thing that can be improved is buffet dinner at spice kitchen. While everything else was absolutely perfect the buffet dinner was disappointing. Nevertheless first good memory with JW and I’m sure there are lots to come

The stay was nice. Staff was very friendly. Though I stayed there for my Husband's birthday and specifically mentioned special occasions. But haven't got any assistance on the same. Otherwise food and stay was good.

I & my husband had a really lovely stay at JW Marriott. The food was amazing, from the huge breakfast spread to the delicious meals throughout the day, everything was fresh and full of flavor. The overall vibe was warm and welcoming, with great attention to detail. But what truly stood out was the service, everyone was so kind and attentive, always making sure I was comfortable and had everything I needed. It genuinely felt like a pampered, stress-free escape.

Good Stay
Property is good, amenities are not so wow types being a JW property and food especially the dinner buffet was very ok , they didn’t had much option in vegetarian food and even the taste was ok not as per a 5 star property. Buffet Breakfast was good with many options.

its the happening hotel in the city. Well maintained rooms, variety of food from spice restaurant and pasha. At times it is crowded, the best part is close to pavilion mall where you can hang around, market places are near by

Amazing Hospitality
The stay was really wonderful. The room provided was absolutely top notch. Just loved the arrangements the management had did for us. The bathtub was really relaxing. Having a wonderful view of the city added extra in to the stay. Thanks JW for an amazing 24 hours.
