A/c was not properly working. No proper customer service. Complimentary breakfast was very basic. Definitely not worth the money. Only positive is the location of the place.

Room was compact. But there were some small cockroaches in the room. Morning breakfast was poor and idli was too poor.

Alloted room with ac and toilet flush not working. Shifted 2 other rooms for heater. Poor service.

It was the worst experience of my life. Initially they gave us a room where the washroom flush was not working. The washroom was very small and very old. And then they shifted us to another room where the flush was working. But the next day in the morning the flush was again not working and also it just broken off and the whole washroom was with water. So the overall experience is that their washroom was too rusty and not at all good. The room was bearable, not that good, but not at all worth for the price.

The hotel was supportive of staying accessibilities. The staff was friendly and supportive. The food was served as complimentary breakfast. Just that the food got cold if you get late in morning and it will be served as it is. The washrooms were small and sink also small but clean. Other than that the cleanliness and amenities were good. You can stay with family also.

Cleanliness is good. Staff behaviouris good. But breakfast is worst . I would give rating 0 to the breakfast alone . Bath room smells bad even if they clean also.

Bed spreads were not clean and hygiene, Toilet was very small, washbasin provided was unusable, No smooth flow in water taps, very expensive also.
