We had a disappointing experience at this hotel. Although we checked in late, our repeated requests for a late check-out were not accommodated. The check-in process itself was extremely slow we ended up wasting nearly 20 minutes just completing formalities.
I had made special birthday requests well in advance and even reconfirmed everything two hours before arrival, yet none of it was arranged as discussed. It was quite disheartening, especially for a special occasion. The staff seemed unresponsive and unwilling to accommodate even small requests.
In-room dining was equally underwhelming the food was very average and did not meet expectations.
Overall, the service needs significant improvement, particularly in terms of responsiveness and guest experience.
