Amazing stay
It was great stay, amazing food and room was comfortable and services were good. Location was near to airport.

HOTEL REQUIRES RENOVATION ROOMS ARE POOR
It was just an average stay. The property is very old and the rooms and washroom require maintenance and renovation is highly recommended for this property. Food is average, breakfast is also average, service is good and the staff is courteous. Hotel is clean and hygienic, but it is not value for money. Furniture is very old and foam of sofa has gone.

Excellent Stay
We stayed at Hotel Grand Maratha, Mumbai over the last weekend and had a fantastic experience. The highlight for us was Sunday - we spent almost the entire day at the bar, sitting and relaxing with drinks from noon till 9 pm. The staff was very attentive and courteous throughout, never making us feel rushed. We also had a great meal at their restaurant Peshawar. The food was authentic and delicious. Breakfast on all days was sumptuous and very well laid out with a great variety to choose from. Everything was fresh and well presented. A special mention must be made for the beds - extremely comfortable. We had a very restful sleep, which is so important when you are traveling. Overall, excellent hospitality and great value. Good Stay
Property is good, service is excellent. The breakfast buffet (complimentary) is average. The sweet bread section was hard.

ITC Maratha Stayperiece
The laundry is pre-mature does not even have basic standards in quality, the housekeeping has or knows not what is bath salt and bath pillow, the 0 service robotically apologizes without informing the delay in housekeeping delivery, almost all the food is cold and repetitive, the worst poori I ever had first time seeing the black puri, the bathroom is worn out, the people are good at serving and friendly. The area is uber traffic and quite dirty not the standard ITC we’ve expected. Not worth the money spent.

Excellent Stay
Earlier we booked a one night stay for my daughter’s birthday. Our stay was so comforting and pretty good that we extended it for one more night. The property is good with pretty much good and peaceful vibes. Staff is very humble, friendly. Rooms are clean, well maintained with all the amenities. Food is great our 2 days stay included breakfast, dinner and luxury hours. Our overall it was a pleasant experience.

Poor Air conditioning in room.
Service & Food were excellent. Rooms were small. Air conditioning in the room was totally inadequate.

Excellent stay
Our stay was very good, the room was clean and hygienic. The hospitality of staff from entrance to exit is appreciable. The housekeeping staff service appreciated. Our son had a wonderful time at the pool. We enjoyed the food, as well.
