Room was specious and clean, staff behaviour was good. But driver accommodation is not available at the hotel that was the only issue. Overall we enjoyed the stay at the hotel.

Property was nice. Food and morning breakfast was delicious. Location was near to Mandir and well near to market. Room service was also OK

The location is excellent—both convenient and well-situated, making it ideal for easy access to key areas. The rooms were impeccably clean, spacious, and thoughtfully maintained, offering a high level of comfort throughout my stay. A special mention to Kishore, whose professionalism and attentiveness stood out. His support added a personal touch that elevated the overall experience.

Excellent Stay
It was a good stay but, hospitality and all, everything was really great but we expected a welcome drink when we arrived; it would have felt special. When guests come from exhausting travel, they feel really relaxed. That's something we didn't feel when we arrived.

Excellent Stay
Had a wonderful stay at Hotel Imperial Heights. The rooms were clean, spacious, and very comfortable. Its prime location near the Baidyanath Temple made my visit so much easier. A special shoutout to the friendly staff for their excellent service and the restaurant for the delicious food. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Deoghar

Food, amenities, and services were good. However, the staff did not appear professional and seemed more focused on earning extra money from guests. They were not supportive when assistance was needed. Overall, the facilities were satisfactory, but staff behavior needs significant improvement.

Very good property, comfortable stay, good food, but staff service is very poor. Need to improve the cleanliness of the toilet. Room is recently renovated, but toilets need renovation. Overall good experience.

Experience with Hotel at Deoghar
The hotel was good but the restaurant is not up to the mark. The AC is not working properly. Room was very good.

Staff name at reception name Bhageshwari did get job, update our room. All services of kitchen, housekeeping was awesome, food was delicious. Rooms are perfect and well sanitized. Temple is nearby 3-4 mins, must book this property.

Apart from the food which was decent, everything was disappointing. Very dirty room, spots everywhere on the floor and even after complaining to the housekeeper they couldn't do anything about it. Super noisy air conditioning.

I had an average experience at this hotel. While the staff was generally polite and the basic amenities were available, the overall maintenance of the property needs significant improvement. The room linen looked quite old, which affected the comfort level. Similarly, the bathroom tiles appeared aged and not well-maintained, giving an unclean impression. The lack of proper upkeep is noticeable throughout. With better maintenance and attention to cleanliness, the experience could be much more pleasant. As it stands, it’s an okay option for a short stay, but not something I would strongly recommend.
