Review Of iHotels Yercaud.

It was okay. Not great not bad. But for the price paid 4000 rupees per day, the services were average. Food options were basic.

Our stay at iHotel Yercaud was quite average and certainly not worth the amount we paid for the two-day stay. The rooms were not clean, and there was a significant amount of dust on the fans and walls. We had requested a room change, but it took almost three hours for the staff to arrange it. Basic toiletries were also not properly provided, as the soap and shampoo dispensers were nearly empty. Additionally, the location is not very convenient or suitable for cars to pass through easily. Overall, considering the price we paid, the experience was disappointing and far below expectations. In my opinion, this hotel is quite average despite being in an overhyped location. I would rate it 2 out of 5 stars.

No proper facilities and the maintenance team was completely non responsive

Place was good with good amenities and supporting staff. First day food service was below average but they rectified it from next day.

Rooms were neat and good in a calm area but near to the lake but we booked 3 rooms and we were given rooms on different floors - that was the only concern.

Good stay with my family and enjoyed weather with good view rooms and had excellent breakfast

Location was excellent..nearby to every hotels and lake and spots ....food was good at the stay and ... staffs were very polite and helpful.....stay was excellent and ambiance was good ....

Located close to lake , located in centre of all tourist spots . Rooms were clean , staffs are helpful & good .

About 1-2 kms from lake, calm environment. Morning mist can be seen from balcony. Hotel includes restaurant. Support staff available on call. No phone network only wifi available.

Room was neat and clean as expected - food taste was also super good in those conditions. Staffs are very polite and available all the time in the hotel

We found this IHotel .This was an amazing experience. Staffs are very polite, friendly and helpful. The rooms were neat and clean. Balcony view also excellent. The rooms were spotless, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed. The location was perfect and very near to the lake and other attractive spots. They are providing breakfast, lunch and dinner with limited varieties however the taste of food was excellent. Just like homemade food. We ate all three times in this hotel. We would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Yercaud.

*positives: location - good room size - quite big cleanliness - very good washroom - very good view from balcony - very nice. *need improvement: before handing over the room, they didn't check that the geyser was not in working condition. After informing the issue, it was fixed. Food quality was below average, whereas cost was high. Value for money: ok

In room soap towel are not available if we ask also late only towel we got, in reception no one available food also order not supplied. Simply says poor response and car parking also problem.

The hotel gave me and my family the most pathetic experience. There is no water with major plumbing issues frequent electricity outage. No one there to cater to issues at the reception

Rooms are maintained very neat and clean,it was very pleasant stay with balcony. Only issue is there is no variety in their restaurant and lack of man power in restaurant.
