Excellent Stay
It's a nice place to stay near to Airport. Also near the Jio Convention Centre, access to Phoenix Mall, BKC. Food and breakfast is superb. Room is a bit small, but overall a very good experience.

Excellent Stay
Stay was very good, I felt at home, everyone right from security to front desk to chef to everyone made me feel at comfort and at home. Probably to find lacunae is injustice to the whole ecosystem and that would be like committing crime. Keep in up all dear friends, God bless you all

Poor Stay
While the room was hygienic, it was quite small for the price paid. Breakfast was also below average.

Excellent Stay
The hotel is clean, cozy and has standard amenities. 5 minutes auto ride from the US Consulate and biometric centers. 15 mins auto ride from Airport. It's very easy to get Auto and Uber from here. The staff are friendly. They accommodated my late check out request. Recommended for solo travelers looking for a safe and convenient location.

The best hotel near to Jio Convention center! The staff is extra courteous! Food was nice! The overall stay very comfortable!

Excellent Stay
Location of the property to financial markets and amazing cuisine of Pondichery restaurant. The staff like Khushboo are very friendly and supportive to business customers like us.

Good business stay
Good peaceful stay. Property is neat and clean and central to the business district if the city. I arrived early and Chandani at the reception ensured I was checked in early to leave for meetings soon after

Excellent Stay
We stay 1 March to 2 March 2026 having breakfast. It's too good and the continental is amazing. We met lady Saf, Miss Arpita Roy, who made oats khichadi that is so delicious. We took the recipe and a selfie with her. She is so beautiful by nature and cooperative. Our journey was without any hurdle and the staff is too good. Thank you.

Had a wonderful stay at ibis Mumbai BKC from 22–23 Feb 2026. The rooms were clean, modern, and very comfortable. Staff were extremely polite, helpful, and made the check-in and check-out process smooth. The location is perfect for business travel in BKC, and the breakfast spread was fresh and delicious. Overall, a great experience — definitely a value-for-money stay. Highly recommended.

Premium price for a budget experience
In the complementary breakfast area nobody even attends you. If you go to them and request them something, the attitude is poor.
