Google reviews already done on them, checked in yesterday with my wife who has a fracture, asked for a late check out, was told till 2 pm, I asked for 3 pm they accepted it after checking details. I get a call after breakfast from a very unprofessional person asking me to check out by 1 pm as they have no rooms. On make my trip I was able to book many rooms at the same time. Don’t know what inventory was he checking or it was just his ego with a new job maybe. Don’t go here if you have any physical problem going on. They will not support and make you feel helpless. Worst experience after staying here many many many times. Thank you for opening my eyes. Never going to visit.

This is our second trip and we have enjoyed staying here. At the start of the trip we were offered an upgrade and it wasn't just the room but the service given by the entire staff...special shout out for Hasnein and others in Corby restaurant. The staff at the reception was kind in accepting my request for an early check in and late check out. The food was awesome at both restaurants and the hotel offers sauna, spa and steam. We will be looking forward to staying here again.

Property was good, rooms are nice, breakfast was also good but room check-in time is very late.

Our stay was truly enjoyable. The hotel was well-maintained, the service was smooth, and the staff made us feel welcome. Everything from the room comfort to the ambiance was just right. Would love to stay again.

Everything was ok except Aircon. Aircon didn't have Heating Inbuilt Facility. Staff was very polite and prompt in responding.

The stay at the hotel was outstanding. The hotel and rooms are well maintained with hygiene aspects kept in mind. The entire staff is polite and helpful. The breakfast and food at the hotel is really worth having. I visited with a five month old infant and faced no problem at all. A big shoutout to the entire staff once again for your commendable service provided during our stay. I highly recommend this stay.

Everything was fine, except there was a gentleman outside their club koyo, who stopped me from entering the club on the pretext that there is no place inside the club whereas he was letting everyone else go inside, I still insisted that I want to look around and I myself saw there was plenty of space. I complained at the reception as well at the day I left. He was judgmental, judging people on their attire perhaps, needs to be trained again. Also I was in a brown sweater and jeans, my attire was normal. It’s just that I wasn’t wearing anything flashy.

The room is very good, the food is not exceptional, the cold coffee was poor, the housekeeping staff nice and polite, but the male receptionists not much helpful.

Room was good, buffet was excellent but they did not provide mineral water in the room but gave RO water instead which was not satisfying with a great brand like Hyatt.

The property is on a good location. The staff is polite and well mannered. Overall, a good stay

You can keep calling the reception, housekeeping, IRD and if you are lucky they might respond after 4-5 attempts. This is my first ever experience across hundreds of 3 to 5 star properties I have stayed in where the reception desk does not pick up the phone.
