The hotel is beautifully designed, with every corner looking picturesque. Photos don’t capture how stunning it feels in person. The quaint restaurant with its open verandah adds charming heritage vibes.
However there is so much scope of improvement in service, that is the only reason I would rate this stay nothing but 'average' - here are a few points that I would like to highlight -
- An incident occurred that I must highlight for future travelers - while have breakfast on 26th morning - I literally found plastic in my omelet, when I showed it to the restaurant staff, they were surprised and said they will check and advise how this had happened. When no one approached me on the subject I escalated it to the manager Mr. Nitin and informed him that it is certainly a health hazard in response he casually said “ I am aware of this issue, and I agree with you “ that is it – no apology, no concern, no empathy just a mere 5 words. Even upon check out we were hoping someone would approach us and at least extend an apology, but no one really cared. We were not looking for any discounts but just some genuine concern, which clearly ceases to exist.
