It was a nice comfy stay Rooms were neat and nice Washroom also was nice just need to add toiletries Staff is super sweet and supportive

The stay was good but the service was poor, basic facilities were not available. The staff was good and the food was amazing. The overall stay experience is average.

Reception from outside isn’t easy to find Toiletries should be provided for 2 ppl at least. Since the building has many halls for occasions, need to provide clear signboards and directions for each of the hall. Bigger elevators would be helpful for the guests to reduce waiting time Kudos to Imran who checked in our luggages.

Tip Top Plaza Hotel was the ambience hospitality. The food was good, very neat. The staff were all cordial especially on the restaurant side. Rooms are clean and had a pleasant stay.

Poor coordination between staff, charged extra, took forever waiting whenever any service was asked for

It was just fine, rooms could have been more good. AC’s were too chilly and did not have carpet since had a small kid and couldn’t roam on floor

stay was good ..I booked the hotel at after 12pm & date booked for the next day of my requirement automatically.. when I approached make my trip customer care she asked me that, hotel is asking a fine of 3500/- to book it again one day prior.. I had to convince to the hotel staff to reduce it from 3500/- to 1500/-

Rooms are spacious and clean. Reception formalities are quick and easy. Hotel location is also good..
