Location of property, food and services are good. Except that this time they showed their inability for pick up from the railway station, citing unavailability of transport.

Well maintained room with quick service. Only drawback is when you check in no one was there to guide you to enter your room.

The location of the Sonotel is perfect, as it is situated in the primary market and on the road. The food was hygienic and delicious. Facilities and safety were also good.

Overall experience was average to good. Room service was average. Food was good. Hospitality wise they need to improve. No complimentary drinks served as mentioned in MMT booking. Room was good. They need to add more options in the breakfast menu which remained almost same throughout the entire stay period.

The hotel room is spacious and very clean. Also the staff behaviour is very polite and courteous. The hotel location is also very accessible and good.

The room was impeccably clean and the food was delicious. I could not have asked for a more comfortable, safe and a cleaner space for my stay.

Food and services are horrible. Never supply the ordered items. I am allergic to chillies and nit consuming onion garlic. Even after speaking to chef directly, never get the required food. They served in all prepared curry and i suffer allergy. In the washroom, there were no body wash etc in either of the dispenser and i realized this once i was wet. Yesterday full night i was fighting with mosquitoes in the room and till 3am i ***** reception several times to supply repellent and they always assured that it's on way but never got. Even i gone to reception also but of no use. Horrible
