the hotel is very good and clean. love the mountain view. the dining area is very cool. Just a bit tricky if you want to do any personal party in your room as no food service at your door. other than that its quite a peaceful stay. The best part is that you are so close to main market like a waterfall and mall road. despite the hustle and bustle area this hotel is located in a peaceful area.

Just an average hotel to stay Beds are not clean, mattresses are not good, not proper parking facility. The manager isn't supportive. If you just want to sleep and have no other options other than this, then only go for this

So the staff was good, room view was good, but only the room is not as per price at all, not a super deluxe room but they mention it super deluxe by just more amenities and don’t try their food, totally a waste of money.

Very nice stay, very nice staff. Food especially palak and chana were very tasty.

Room was given in a different building not shown MakeMyTrip picture, misleading information for customer. Very unhygienic bathroom, had to get it cleaned by staff after 30 minutes of waiting. Poor quality curtains breaching Privacy particularly for women customers. No hot water in wash basin in loo.

It was nice to stay here. The staff was very good and cooperative cleanliness is up-to-date. Nice experience to stay here.

Location and hot facility is only good Rest there is no use of booking this property No lift, no Wi-Fi, no tv, water in jug, old building, no landing to reach receptionist, you have get down to say or ask, no vehicle parking

It was a very nice stay here. the view from the room balcony was so amazing. The hotel restaurant has very nice and cozy vibes. dood was also delicious but a little expensive. It's just a walking distance from the bhagsu main market, and we can easily go for bhagsu Waterfall by walking from the hotel. I overall loved my stay here.

All the facilities are excellent. Food is fresh and tasty. Room is comfortable. Hot water is coming all the time. Room service is good and the most important thing they are very polite.

Good location, clean room and washroom. Upper floor rooms have better washroom but lower floors have good space. Easily booked taxi for wagah border from hotel personal. Rudhar is great in hospitality.

The hotel staff were very professional and the rooms were of a high standard. The hotel is also conveniently located near the bags u temple. The food that we ordered was delicious.

Everything was excellent... hotel, staff, location, room. A happyness and joyful atmosphere, including bands performance in our last night stay, which created friendly atmosphere. Israelis guest are very friendly.

The stay was definitely an average. Though the views were good and the hotel was near to the market but there were certain things that really annoyed me and my family. They are: 1. The room blanket and bedsheets were dirty. Had to get them changed. 2. They did not give any soap or towels by themselves unless we told them to (these are basic hotel things that they're supposed to do by themselves. We paid them around 15k for 2 nights but we did not even get basic amenities like dental kit or tea related amenities. 3. You definitely should not try their alu paratha since they'll just give you aata paratha with very less or no aloos in it. Really disappointing.
