Good to stay here. All about food ambience, high location, washroom, and house experience is good, not value for money.

The hotel has good restaurant service which is better for kids and family. Location is within walking distance from the main temple. Cab or 4 wheeler is not easily reachable to location in daytime due to police barricades for crowd management. Overall good.

Room was not up to the mark compared to price charged. The bathroom was dirty. Even after complaining, it was not cleaned properly.

The hotel is not what it seems on photos they have uploaded . The hotel is surrounded by construction. The staff refused to help with our bags and thereby forcing us to haul them for over 1.5 km across rocky , broken roads. The rooms are poorly maintained- no kettle , loud ac , minimal toiletries, no basic hygiene. And the staff is incredibly rude. Absolutely not worth the price

The overall stay was good. The staff was friendly and even arranged for a city tour for my family. The bathroom had a slight odor for which I left a review to the hotel staff.

The rooms are a bit old but are well maintained. Location of the hotel is very central because many important locations are nearby. Hotel has an attached restaurant. Hotel staff is helpful and cooperative.

Awesome experience. Excellent location just in the chowk from where all auto/rickshaw are available. Walking distance to ghat for arati. Rooms are so well illuminated and ventilated which is very rare in even 5 star hotels. Apart from that hospitability and food is excellent. Staff are so humble and cater to all demands at the prompt way. Mr Govind makes the stay more better. He gives all the information and thinks about guests comfort. In short our stay at Varanasi was very good and hotel saffron made it more comfortable and I wish to come again in Varanasi soon.

Food, location, hospitality is awesome. Had a very comfortable stay with aged senior citizen parents and toddler of 3 years. Will recommend everyone and wish to visit Varanasi again soon. Mr. Govind made our stay more comfortable. Right in the center is the location of the hotel and very much walkable to ghat and Vishwanath Mandir. Whoever wishes to come to Varanasi may think of opting this hotel, as it is very nearby to mandir. Apart from location, food is excellent. Even on my request, they have prepared child-friendly khichdi. Rooms are excellent. Very illuminated and well-ventilated, which is very rare even in 5-star hotels. We had a very comfortable stay, and hotel saffron made it easier for us. We wish to visit Varanasi again soon.

Good stay, was easily accessible to the temple. The staff were supportive and friendly. Rooms and food were good.

According to booking status, the Delux room which is shown was not given to us. As per the rate on online booking which I have seen compared with offline rate, we are at a loss.

The stay was very pleasant. The room and washroom were well-maintained and clean. The food was excellent.

Very well located and amazing people there. Loved staying there with friends and family. Everything is readily available around the location.

Stayed there from 5 th Dec to 7th Dec. Property was well maintained and located in the heart of the city with easy communication mostly to all the places. Food was good, service was nice. The rooms were nice. We stayed in room 202 and 204. 202 was better with well ventilated. Overall well behaved staff. Overall 4 out of 5.

No car parking. Congested area. Heavy road vehicle noise in room full day and night. Small room. High rates. Restaurant food service very slow. Overall unsatisfactory.

I recently stayed at the Saffron hotel for a day during my visit to Varanasi. The hotel is near all the temples and Dashashwamedh ghat. We were able to cover all the temples during our two day visit. The staff was very helpful and cooperative.

location is best, close to all prime temples but car doesn't go near the hotel between 9 am and 10 pm approximately. wonderful staff, very adjusting and understanding staff

We stayed for 2 nights. Location is excellent. Food is a little bit costlier in comparison to hotel standard. But food is good. Hotel staff are good. The room had no window / ventilation. Major disadvantage. Cleanliness should be improved.
