The staff was very friendly and helpful, all amenities provided by the hotel were good. The hotel ambience was perfect

The experience was terrible the room was not well maintained, The staff was rude, Hot water was not coming from the tap, The pillow covers were unhygienic, AC was not working as well

Hotel stay was good...but they should improve the interior of dining area...hotel staff were very helpful and supportive...we have asked about jain food...they served it ... another day we thought that we forgot to tell about jain food but they remembered it served us jain food....overall hotel rooms and their services were good...

Haven't tried food but the room was decent. However, the pool was not in working state while all the other hotels and resorts provide a working pool. Royal Palace didn’t; they pasted a note saying the pool is not working due to water shortage. The main intention to book the resort was to use the pool, but it wasn’t working.

Hotel royal pure veg is excellent. As well as no disturbance on the premises. Good ambience and food quality is good with pure hygiene.

Simple but clean rooms, nice ambience, and a convenient location near Matheran station. The food was great, there’s a game zone too, and the staff was very courteous. Had a good stay overall!
