Location is very good Rooms are spacious with good amenities. However, behaviors of staff, especially reception, need improvement. Food was nice but overpriced.

Newly renovated rooms, nice ambiance, good location, good food and very good staff n Service. All in all value for money. Keep it up guys

Rooms were clean and comfortable. Hotel staff was friendly and helpful. Property location was very convenient with transport options like taxi and auto rickshaw easily available. Breakfast was very nice with plenty of options to choose from the menu. Their masala egg omlette is classic and a must try. Will definitely stay here in the future.

The property is located on the main road and easily accessible, however has limited parking. We had to park our vehicle on the road opposite as a result it was covered with dust the next morning. The room was very big, neat and clean, well maintained. The toilet was clean. The restaurant has a good ambience, the food quality is good but disproportionate and also expensive. The breakfast was well spread. The staff was cooperative and jovial.

On the first day, the bathroom water wasn’t flowing. On the second day, that issue was resolved, but the TV remote went missing and the TV remained non-functional.

We had booked 2 classic suite rooms. Prior call had been made to inform the hotel about the check in time! When we reached the hotel, only 1 room was ready and thats where we argued with the reception staff that they should have kept both rooms ready since we had already informed. Secondly, the rooms alotted were on different floors so our family had to stay separate again which is not appreciated as when we are booking 2 rooms for family they should be adjoining since its a prior booking. Both classic suites which we assume to be same again were very different one was absolutely basic. Same category rooms should be alike right and thats why we book. Attitude of the front staff not at all courteous. Leakages in the passage aread and dirty water accumulated in the tubs. Breakfast time mentioned in mmt was 8am and when we asked they said its changed now and its 8:30 we had to leave without breakfast asked them if they can arrange anything since its a long travel for us they bluntly refused. Positives - Good food and quick service by the restaurant team.
