great hotel, great restaurant, best staff, the staff is very helpful and very supportive in general, specially there was a waiter mr. Bhupendra Singh, that boy was very helpful, thank you SOHO Kasol for being such a great host

Location is perfect, rooms are clean and nice. Hotel has inhouse cafe named soho which plays live music in evening.

It was a great stay there. Excellent room decor, amazing balcony view, great service, in fact the in-house restaurant offers a wide range of delicious food.

Very noisy corridors, and the breakfast quality was poor. Rotten bananas, papaya with inedible poha and that’s it. No point in booking room with breakfast they serve poor food with no staff to assist.

Our one-day stay at Royal Castle was truly memorable. Every facility in the room was perfectly arranged—comfortable, thoughtful, and just right for our needs. But what touched our hearts the most was something beyond hospitality. After checkout, while we were on the way to another hotel, we noticed several missed calls from Mr. Munish. When we called back, he informed us that we had left 3300 in the room. In that moment, it wasn’t about the money—it was about honesty. When I thanked him, he simply said, “It’s our duty, sir.” That one line spoke volumes. In today’s world, such honesty and sincerity are rare and priceless. It truly reflects the values and integrity of a person. Respect and heartfelt thanks to Mr. Munish. Your honesty made our experience even more special.

Everything was great, but I felt that the beds in the hotel room were not that comfortable. They are spring beds that tend to cause backache, so they should look at it.

Had an amazing stay at Hotel Royal Castle, Kasol! 🏔️✨ The location is perfect if you want to enjoy the peaceful vibe of Kasol and be close to nature. A special thanks to Ajay from the staff — he was बेहद helpful and made sure everything was comfortable throughout our stay. His friendly nature and quick support really made a difference. Rooms were clean, the atmosphere was calm, and overall experience was smooth and relaxing. Definitely a great place to stay when visiting Kasol! Highly recommended

Thanks to the receptionist who helped us at reception. Overall, it was a nice experience with staff behavior. I like this hotel and the hotel owner also stayed in my hotel Temple View Inn.

The stay was good and the staff were warm and friendly. Ambience was excellent. Food was a little overpriced but it can be neglected. All together … great and excellent stay.

Hi, I would like to say that the property is extremely beautiful. The rooms are spacious, and some of the rooms also have river view which was not seen in the pictures, but it does have river view from the balcony. Also, the quality of the housekeeping is very humble and professional. The infrastructure in the property is really good. Plus, if you use the cafe, it is so beautifully decorated that you would love it. The food taste is also really good. I will share one experience where I got drenched in rain after checkout, and I came back and they allowed me to take a shower and get freshened up before I took my bus journey to Delhi. So, that was really kind on their end, and I am so thankful for it. I really think this was beyond just being good to the customers or guests. This is commendable, and everyone should come here, and it's not even that expensive. So, great job, excellent work. The lady at the reception is exceptionally good at service.

So basically this is the only well maintained property around the area you have Munish Bhaiji on the front desk so quick always, available on every call then we have Tanu Bhandari he’s in the restaurant team and he’s so focused so quick always checking on me if we need anything and he’s super super fast overall I love this property a lot do visit you’ll have the best experience ever

We stayed at Hotel royal castle Kasol for 1 day and had a wonderful experience. The rooms were very clean and well-maintained, and the staff was extremely polite, helpful, and supportive throughout our stay. The service was smooth and hassle-free. We especially loved the bonfire with music, which created a perfect vibe without any disturbance. The place is peaceful, with no interference, making it ideal for relaxing and enjoying nature.
