hotel is good and needs to improve food quality, staff ok rooms are good but seriously food needs improvement

The property was very good. Grand building, nice location besides orange and kiwi farm, great food, great big room with heater.

Location is very good. A picturesque view from our hotel room. Rooms are very spacious and perfectly arranged with all the facilities. Lounge is splendid. Food is quite good and priced reasonably.

Very Good stay. Our group was very happy to select Hotel Rigsel. Food was good, service and staff was good and polite.

Spacious rooms. Amazing amenities like the TV and most importantly the Room Heater was excellent. Also the view from the rooms were breathtaking. Every level has got a viewing balcony which can be accessed by all the guests of the property. Wish to come back again in May when the valley will be in full bloom.

We stayed at Hotel Rigsel in Dirang Valley with our family, and overall it was a comfortable and pleasant experience. The room was spacious, clean, and cozy, making it ideal for a family stay. One of the best parts of our visit was the beautiful valley view from the room, which added a calm and refreshing touch to our stay. The property is well maintained and gives a warm, homely feel. The customer service was excellent. The staff were polite, responsive, and genuinely helpful, always ready to assist with requests and ensuring our stay was smooth and comfortable. Their hospitality really stood out and made us feel welcomed. However, the only area where we felt improvement is needed was the food. While it was decent, it did not fully meet our expectations in terms of taste and variety, especially considering the otherwise high standards of the hotel. Overall, Hotel Rigsel is a good choice in Dirang Valley for families looking for clean, spacious rooms, scenic views, and great service. With some improvement in food quality, it could easily become an excellent stay option.

Property is located at hill side and Google Maps is showing a different route, it's better to ask someone after reaching the main market, food is tasty, safety is good, cleanliness is also good, staff are supportive, parking facility is awesome.

The hotel is located on the opposite side of Dirang Town. From the hotel you can see the Dirang valley. The rooms are very good. I have stayed in both the Executive and Deluxe rooms. In the executive room you will get a Balcony, in Deluxe the view will be inside the hotel. The room heater was very good to keep the temperature pleasant inside the room. The surrounding is awesome. Breakfast has limited options, No buffet in the dinner, ala carte option is there. However I was not happy with dinner, the food was average. The local and property was best

The hotel is located at a beautiful place. The staff is nice. Everything is amazing apart from the washroom, the washroom did not do justice to the hotel.

Overall a very disappointing experience. The room I had paid for and was confirmed on WhatsApp wasn’t allocated to me. The linen was dirty & torn (especially the towels) The overall service was ok. They charge an additional rs10 on a 20rs bottle of water. The saying about not judging a book by its cover is very true for its place. From the outside it looks like a very well maintained facility but once you enter you’re disappointed.

Rooms average Property and location Good Foods and services are not upto marks, no attention on customers having meals have to call again n again for for basic services same while having dinner and breakfast . According to Location and property the foods amd servicea could be more good

The hotel entry is nice and the place is nice but there's still a lot of potential that needs to be realised, the bathrooms need an upgrade (from shower to lights) and certain utilities like hair dryer, etc. The complimentary breakfast can be improved a bit.

staff is courteous. the property has nice ambience and good rooms. we were the only guest in the property when we visit hence the dinner and the breakfast options where very very limited. we could not test much of the local dishes because of this reason. though the amount of the dinner was paid by us while booking. riverview can be seen from few rooms and from other The other view available. the stay was okay but they have to work on the bathrooms. our bathroom from our room from second floor water was logging. so it was so worst that we have to stand in the waterlogged while taking the shower it was really really horrible.

Pathetic experience with hotel, breakfast buffet was disappointing,also rooms were not clean and unhygienic,I won't recommend dis hotel to anybody

Never to visit again. Room locks are terrible.rooms are stingy. Food quality is very poor and costly.No any other amenities for kids compare to the rate
