Poor Stay
Rooms are not like as they shown in pics. I booked this hotel because MMT has given a 4-star rating. Washroom is not clean and breakfast is very subpar.

Didn’t like room ambience as some walls were fixed with wall putty, no proper painting. Morning hot water wasn’t there in bathroom, it’s not a business hotel, no mineral water was there, received same after request. Food was ok. Overall didn’t have a nice experience.

I recently visited Jaipur with my wife and stayed at Hotel Prime Safari for three nights, which I booked through MakeMyTrip at very reasonable rates. I am extremely satisfied with my overall experience. The hotel is beautifully designed and well-maintained. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and properly managed. The room service was prompt and efficient throughout our stay. The food deserves special appreciation — it was not only reasonably priced but also very delicious. Our stay included breakfast, and it was quite fulfilling with good variety and quality. I would also like to especially highlight the hotel’s courteous and cooperative staff. On our checkout day, although the standard checkout time was 11:00 AM, my train was scheduled after 2:00 PM. I requested a short extension as I needed to leave for the station around 1:00 PM. The hotel staff was kind enough to accommodate my request without any inconvenience and at no extra cost. This thoughtful gesture truly enhanced our experience. Before leaving, I even packed lunch from the hotel because we genuinely loved the food. Overall, it was a wonderful and comfortable stay. I would highly recommend Hotel Prime Safari to anyone visiting Jaipur for its hospitality, service, and value for money.

The experience at the hotel was disappointing. The condition of the room wasn’t good at all; it lacked freshness and had a strong smell of alcohol and cigarettes. We also had to repeatedly ask for basic things, and even though mineral water was mentioned in our booking, the hotel staff denied it at first and only provided it after repeated requests. The housekeeping service was poor, and even if you called for something, you had to ask multiple times before it would arrive. Overall, it was a disappointing experience, and I would recommend not booking this hotel, since once you book, it’s non-refundable and you’ll end up losing your money.

Good stay and very good service
The rooms were as shown in the images and they were very well kept. All the toiletries were already inside the room and we did not face any issues in the room

The hotel service was good and the food too, it's beautiful from outside. But the room's walls are peeling off might be due to water leakage, there were 2-3 small cockroaches around, the toilet seat wasn't clean. There were no toilet paper.
