Food is good services, good, but facilities are not good.

I booked a superior AC deluxe room including breakfast. But the room was not up to the mark. It was very old fashioned and not clean. Breakfast was limited with only a couple of items. Overall average experience.

Was nice will recommend other people to come here service was excellent home was also good food tea was excellent

Bathroom toilet not clean, Electricity issue Swimming pool not clean

Very disappointing experience. The room was not clean, bedsheets were stained, and the washroom had a bad smell. The staff was not responsive and service was very slow. Definitely not worth the money.

I travelled with my friends. Room was not clean. No hot water after 10 AM. I was not informed about this. Hotel room and service quality has declined. Rooms are costly for what we get.

Stay was OK. Cleanliness is an issue. Rooms and especially bathrooms not clean. Flush was broken. Food is excellent and breakfast has limited options but taste was good. Pool was dirty. Location is good near the market. Overall an OK stay but would not recommend for families.

It was the last hotel on the hill. When we reached the hotel, we didn’t like the ambience. The room was not clean, and I even saw a spider in my room, so we did not order any food. At the time of booking, I had paid the full amount and could not cancel the reservation. The swimming pool was small, and the slide near the pool was dirty. The washroom was congested and not clean.

About property is avarage .food are not eat by me there .location of property is good but room Ferniture are so old and not clean .facility are average.

The overall trip was fun, the hotel stay was comfortable and the staff was cooperative.

Good place to stay near to railway station and local market. Rooms were clean and in good condition

Food is good and cheaper, Location near to point , No intercom was working, No clean Room , Swimming pool water was dirty. , small coming in room , not advisable considering the price No value for money.

Not up to the mark cleanliness was not good stay was not so good dirty pillows and blankets hygiene issues swimming pool was not at all clean. I would not recommend it

The room was not cleaned at all. Bedsheet was not cleaned. The furniture was covered with a layer of dust. The swimming pool was okay but not maintained properly. The attached restaurant was average. The hotel is located at walkable distance from Khandala Point.

We stayed there on a weekday. Location and restaurant's food was good but the property was poorly maintained. Amenities like swimming pool, children's play area, etc were all dirty and unhygienic. We booked an AC Superior room but it was too badly maintained. Nothing much impressive but it was just ok.

Terrible experience at Hotel Point View, very bad room and service, room was having a leakage from the rooftop, price were so high as per the room condition and services. Very bad experience for the very first time.
