overall cleanliness found very good with well maintenance but I only want to suggest to provide the celing fan also! secondly for mosquito prevention to provide some extra equipment!

Had a pleasant stay and hotel staff were very welcoming. The hotel is near the station and the market so it was a convenience to be out for some shopping and travel as well.

The Guarantee late checkout was not honoured by the hotel and told me to contact MMT. Also, the upgraded room provided at the time of checkin was smelly and seems not cleaned well.

I booked a king size bed booking but got twin bed room but i asked to change it next day too but they just ignored

really good stay! The hotel duty manager provided me with a room upgrade and the service was really good too. Food was well made during breakfast. The hotel was also kind enough to provide me with packing boxes to carry back some snacks from bombay.

Property food was good, location is also good as it is near to both Mumbai terminals, but the room was not good also the bathroom fittings were loose, no cover for dry and wet area so after a shower the whole bathroom was fully wet. The bed was comfortable. Also I had booked for breakfast and lunch or dinner. I was planning for breakfast and lunch the next day but I was refused lunch inspite of paying for it. I reached the hotel after 1 pm and attended a wedding at night, so I expected to have breakfast as well as lunch before leaving the premise.

Early day was not given. I waited for five hours. Even the update was not available. Service was very poor. Staff was very unfriendly. What's up? That's all.

Additionally, the breakfast food quality is just average and could definitely be improved.

It was a good experience. I was there for 1 day but the stay was nice and no problems occurred.

Room was ok but there were mosquitoes in the room. They have not supplied shaving kits and toothbrush unless we are asking them.
