Room was good, room was pretty big, the breakfast was also good, complimentary. Overall, I loved it. Good for family.

The floor where my room was had leaking roof in the common area but no one bothered to put any notice and I slipped twice. Once I ordered tea and it came in thermas with aluminium foil to cover. The hotel did even had thermas caps.

During my stay, I was not getting hot water for bath and also the breakfast had a routine menu mostly. Other aspects like hygiene and cleanliness get above average ratings.

Lack of cleanliness, the shower was not working properly and I was not able to sleep because of pests. Small tiny insects were roaming on the bed and chairs.
