Good option
The hotel is beautiful, and clean with prompt services. But the breakfast is quite underwhelming. Overall, it's a decent option if they can improve the breakfast quality.

Excellent Stay
Location is central. Rooms are clean and spacious. Breakfast has limited menu but covers different cuisines (western, north Indian, south Indian, fruits, cornflakes, boiled eggs). Property has a lift and a parking space. Washrooms are clean and hygienic. Staff is courteous and very prompt.

very nice stay. neat & clean room. all staff are very nice and caring. hotel is on prime location. hotel staff are very helpful. restaurant is very neat & clean food is also very good. Neha Sabir are very good very polite and happy face. Silsarang, meghlang are also very good. thanks mr Ram (trip driver) was also very nice and great driving. it was very good experience

The hotel’s location was amazing. Just a walk to polo grounds and police bazar. Loved the staff, very nice and polite. And the food was very very delicious. Everyone was kind and helpful. Made my trip so much fun and comfortable.

Single room was very small, almost like store room and the charges are too high for such kind of room Hotel of this Stature should not have this kind of room

Pros: Quick Service, Easy access to market, food quality good Cons: Terrible Internet connectivity, Food options devoid of local delicacy, not very near to Police Bazaar, Executive Room too small for accommodation with respect to tariff. Not fit for business traveller

Welcome was prompt and caring.. food was prepared for kids in advance as we were late. The rooms were warm and new … well maintained beds .. Good in the morning was nice ..
