Not suitable for family or couple. Rooms are too old and no maintenance is done. Washroom also not clean. Bed not good.

Had a comfortable and pleasant stay overall. The property is located in a convenient area with easy access to nearby attractions and transportation. The rooms were clean, well-maintained, and the amenities provided were sufficient for a comfortable stay. The staff was polite, responsive, and always willing to help.

The location is good for the journey by train. Safe place to stay. Shivsagar food very good nearby. Very congested rooms. Felt risky in an emergency like fire. Not much facilities.

good comfortable stay, best option as it's just outside the Thane station for short stays, you will find auto outside the hotel. hotel food is also good but a bit overpriced but it's ok. they have a bar also

Stay was comfortable but other things were little short of expectation. Intercom was not working, any time to talk to the reception was through my mobile only and that was not always answered, to connect them need multiple calls.

Fan was not working, too much mosquito, good staff service. Early check-in charges taken as 1K for a single person. Food is too expensive Overall good

Excellent Stay I have booked deluxe room but they are upgraded to super deluxe room & Staff are friendly. Location is very near to Thane railway station. Rooms are maintained neat & clean. Free breakfast sent to room single dish but tasty. They have bar & restaurant also.

property is located near Railway station with good amenities, clean room, clean washroom, courteous staff, family restaurant serving tasty food. overall good experience
