very bad expenses if any old men is not stay this room room is very bed. I am not happy with this hotel.

We had a good experience during our last stay in 2022, which is why we chose to re-book this property, even though there were several other good options nearby. Unfortunately, this time the experience was disappointing. The rooms were poorly maintained and in bad condition. The washroom was not clean, and although we requested a room change, the new room also lacked proper cleanliness and did not meet expectations. Considering the price, there are multiple better options available in the area, which we now regret not choosing. Food: Average — nothing notable. Though appreciate manager who agreed to pack some sandwiches on insistence as we had early morning flight. Ambience: Below average — rooms and common areas feel neglected Hygiene: Poor — cleanliness, especially washrooms, needs major improvement Location: Well-located with many alternatives nearby Washroom: Very poor — not clean even after room change Value for Money: Not worth the price — better options available at lower cost

The food is very good.location is good and the hotel staff are very cooperative ,

Hotel is good but room size is not adequate particularly when you go for extra bed.

Stay was good, staff is also cooperative & helpful. Having issue with Restaurant, as they are not at all attending customers who haven't opted for Buffet Lunch/Dinner/Breakfast. They completely ignore customer's without Buffet, despite there are hardly 2-3 tables with Buffet customer. Without restaurant services(ignorance) all good with Hotel Milad

The room tv connection was not running properly, rest was fine.

The food is good, and the staff behavior is commendable. However, the property needs better cleaning, including pest control to address cockroaches and improved maintenance of linens.

It’s is good hotel. First time i visited srinagar. And staff is good and humble people. They’re very cooperative. And i am taking about facilities wifi is not working. And i like the way of service like breakfast and dinner.

Staff are excellent room good some renovation work is going on otherwise everything is fine

The location is good. staff was very co-operative and hospitable. Food quality was good. BUT... water supply was irregular. which was a bit problematic.

Rooms were small. They have parking issues. Does not allow you to park your rentals only can park private cars. We’re not ready to hear after so much talk. Space for parking issues little to 2 vehicles only for a hotel with lot of rooms. Staff only wants tips rest nothing they are interested in.

Staff were polite and overall experience was good. Location is 2km away from dal lake which can be easily reach via auto

No lift in hotel and charge unnecessarily high for meals
