Review Of Hotel Mayura Residency

The hotel is at a good location around 5 min walk to the temple. The service was good but some amenities were not there as mentioned. Like the door bell was not functional. The toiletries were not available initially and the power ports were almost functional. A renovation can be done for better aesthetics.

Very nicely enjoyed stay. Very neat and calm atmosphere. Only walkable distance to Guruvayur temple. Staff all very cordial. Even allotted the room well in advance of booked occupation.

Property is near temple and has an in-house restaurant. Value for the money. Old property but well maintained.

I had stayed at Mayura Residency for two days. It was good. Rooms are neat even though the property looks old. Check-in procedures are time-consuming and need to improve by making more digital. It seems inadequate staff are there as the security himself accompanied me to the room; he himself is in charge of room service too. Staff need to be more professional even though they are all very cordial.

We had a comfortable overnight stay here. It is located close to the main temple, just 5-7 minutes walking.

A decent place and good location. However the hotel does not have a restaurant or room service which is a big let down. Also the A/c’s were not effective and overall the service was very average. May not like to stay again here. Regards

It's an Average hotel which has all infrastructure, but it needs upgrdation. AC Remotes not working , leaking toilets . They don't have any functional restaurant and we have to go out for our breakfast, lunch or dinner. Only a positive about this hotel is that it very close to the Guruvayoor temple.

Restaurant was not available,there were no mini fridges,the lights on the stairs is always switched off at night,in one of the rooms we booked the ac was not working for which they did give us another room,most of the amenities were provided but was of low quality,the switches were not working properly,the bathroom was small,with the amount they are charging they could have provided more amenities or could have provided the existing with better quality.The look from outside is great but when we get inside the room it was not as pleasing as it was from outside.

Properly location is easily accessible. Services excellent and amenities wonderful. Overall stay was wonderful in affordable prices.

Hotel is undergoing some renovations, cafeteria is not available now. Says will be ready by 2 to 3 weeks time. Other wise good stay.

Not worth the money, toilet flush didn't work, rooms felt like some one smoked in them, ac remote didn't have batteries, rooms were not swept or broom-ed

The location of the hotel is close to the temple, which is an advantage for temple visit. But the room was not worth the price i paid. Many amenities described was not there, like mini fridge, iron, hairdryer and even the dental kit was missing, which was quite disappointing. And the charging sockets were not in good condition. Not worth the money.

Location was splendid and ideal. Food- no restaurant attached amenities and services were good. There were many ants in the bed and room

The description shown regarding the restaurant ro be removed. there is no restaurant here and they send one guy outside may be to some street vendor, who knows, to buy food. There was no continuous water availability in wash basin and toilet flush. The amount paid doesn't commensurate with the quality. please remove Mayura residency from your offers.
