The room was not cleaned properly. Bed sheets and pillow covers were not fresh and appeared used. Overall hygiene standards were very poor. This kind of room condition is not suitable for a family stay. The room was not fit for occupancy.

Good ambiance, clean and food. Polite staff and professional gestures. Overall it was a good and pleasant stay.

The hotel is not worth the price we paid. It's an old hotel, no proper maintenance of bathroom, Rooms are tiny. Only advantage is railway station is near and Munakshi temple is around 15 min walk. This hotel is in the market place and surrounding/nearby hotels are at less price and have better rooms. Recommendation is to reduce room price.

In the rooms, there are many cockroaches.

Unhygienic, totally unprofessional. Nothing is good to describe. Charges are higher against the facility provided.

Food was not that great and room hygiene can be better with cleaner toilets. Overall, an okay stay just for a quick night.

I wanted to share some feedback regarding our recent experience at the property. Unfortunately, we found that there is no parking available on-site, which caused a bit of inconvenience. We ended up parking our vehicle in a paid parking area opposite the hotel. On a positive note, we appreciated the other amenities provided, such as the AC, welcome drink, and water bottles, which made our stay more comfortable. Thank you for your attention to this matter, and I hope we can find a solution to the parking situation in the future

Not worth the money. Ned’s spring was broken and coming out. Basin in room instead of washroom. No ventilation.

Rooms are very small with no ventilation, no parking. Room service is poor, had to take out our luggage ourselves. No in-house restaurant but there are eateries outside and can order online. Will not recommend it.

Stayed with Family. It was average with basic amenities... price was higher for the quality of stay...

Photos are fake. The hotel is incapable to run at its capacity even though they charge a ton. I had to call many times and then wait to get even basic services like electric kettles, tea bags, room cleaning and sheet changes. The staff were rude and were behaving as if I should be happy in what I am getting. I have been traveling for many years but never had such bad experiences. If you have cab then book accommodation a bit away from this area. The street is narrow and even getting in and out of the street is a hassle.
