I recently stayed at The hotel Katra Residence in Katra, and it was a truly wonderful experience. Planning a trip to this area can be hectic, but this stay provided the perfect balance of comfort and convenience. The meals were fresh and delicious—perfectly suited for those on a pilgrimage

Hotel Karta Residency mein mera stay bahut hi accha raha. Rooms clean aur comfortable the, aur staff bhi kaafi polite aur helpful tha. Service fast thi aur overall atmosphere bahut peaceful laga. Location bhi convenient hai. Main definitely future mein yahan dobara stay karna pasand karunga. Highly recommended!

- Location was good - Room sizes are quite well - Services are poor - Lift not worked during my stay all 3 days - Cleaning was on toss, very poor. - washroom was uncleaned - No wipers in washroom - No foot mat given in wash room - wardrobe was totally uncleaned - Food I have not ordered - Television was not working. After three times request through intercom they sent person to check and called mechanic - After start Television required channels are not live

Good location near Baanganga. Food quality good and tasty. Staff behavior good and service bhe bahout acchi.

The room was satisfactory for the stay. Considering the reasonable tariff of 1000, it offered good value with all the essential amenities in place. However, the absence of an electric kettle for heating water was a minor inconvenience. The restaurant experience was excellent. The food quality was outstanding, especially the meals prepared for children, which were mild, well-balanced, and easy to digest. Dining here is highly recommended, and guests can be assured of a great food experience without any concerns.

The lift was inoperational, the view given in advertisement is misleading. The Chinese food was salty.

It’s a nice cosy hotel with all the basic amenities. Locations of the hotel is good and quiet near to Ban Ganga from where the Yatra starts. Had breakfast there. It was fresh and delicious. In my opinion it is a good value for money stay.

Budget Hotel near Banganga. Staff are helpful and prompt. The hotel access is in a narrow lane of about 20m. Lift is non-functional. The room was very comfortable and suited our requirement. They have a restaurant on the top floor which makes food on order; food prepared is tasty and homely.

Location of the hotel is very good. The hotel is clean and the staff are very well behaved. Food is good.

The location is good as it is very near to the Yatra starting point, you can easily walk from here. The rooms were neat and clean, had all the basic amenities but our expectations were also limited so in that sense we were satisfied. Their restaurant had good food at a reasonable price so we ate there only. Overall I would rate my stay here as a good one.

bedsheets were not cleaned..no toiletries... electricity problem.. 3 times I used the stair to reach my room on the 3rd floor. such a terrible experience..I didn't expect this with MMT.
