Review Of Hotel Imperial

The hotel is good and fine only the service is not good. The restaurant food is fine

Booked prior by one day as the hotel denied early check in. At check in at room no 206, at around 9 AM, the door couldn't get opened. Another key card was brought from reception but didn't work. Finally we were allotted room no 211. The dustbin in the room was filled with garbage. The handwash dispenser was broken. The door of the bathroom was not getting closed properly. Hotel is good but requires proper maintenance.

Facilities and services are not satisfactory and accordingly room charges are too high.

It was good location to enjoy and mahakal darshan in near by place good experience with it and its staff

we were in ujjain for mahakal ji darshan. we expect sanatan sthal in dharm nagari to sleep, but this propertythey were not friendly about information of darshan timings and details. bed was the worst.

Food is not good. Same gravy is used in all the dishes. Taste will be the same even if you change the dish. Marriage functions make it worse to stay there as the music will be too loud.

It was awesome stay in hotel imperial. I will definitely visit again in future. Ambience is beautiful and food is delicious. I like a breakfast as well.

Property needs renovation specially rooms + staff needs training how to deal with customer. Reached little late nyt & dey had almost sold my room to some 1 else without confirming to me !!

Property location and food are the primary reasons for staying at this property. Amenities and services are not up to the mark. The washroom can be cleaner and properly ventilated.

The room was spacious, clean, and well-maintained. The property is conveniently located near Ujala Temple and Ujjain Bus Stop, approximately 1.5 km away. The food and breakfast were absolutely delicious. While they do have a swimming pool, unfortunately, I didn’t have time to enjoy it. One suggestion would be to offer more variety in the breakfast menu, which would make the experience even better. Overall, I highly recommend this property for families and couples alike.

Room was neat and clean, service was good. Breakfast is food. Hotel is divided in 2 parts Imperial and Imperial Grand, both are good.

Location, room size, amenities are good. Service and hospitality are average and need a lot of improvement. Not with the price. Food can be better.

Property management & their rooms was poor. Local beds foam, stained bedsheets, stained towels - small bathrooms with improper water taps. Overall poor experience.

Best place to stay during Ujjain Mahakaleshwar darshan. The hotel is well maintained and the staff is good. The food is nice & tasty. We had a pleasant stay at Hotel Imperial during our Ujjain Mahakaleshwar spiritual darshan. Jai Mahakal 🙏

This is my second stay at this property this year, in Feb I stayed at Imperial Grand and this time in Imperial, believe me it's worth every penny. Rooms are tidy and clean, staff was super supportive. While I was about to checkout at 4 in the morning, they gave me an option for tea and coffee with light breakfast. Food is mind-blowing. If you are travelling to Ujjain, this is the best hotel to stay.
