Good location. Clean rooms, pleasing staff. Good restaurant. Reasonable pricing. Overall stay is good.

Good staff and super location. It was a peaceful stay. The restaurant was good and served fresh food. Room service was good. Clean toilets. It was an undisturbed stay.

Hotel service is very poor and unknowingly they switched off the power cut. Room service is not responding properly. Room material is all old and not comfortable.

This is the only hotel where I found no dirt or fungus on the curtains. The room was extremely hygienic, and the staff were courteous. The only issues we faced were that the AC temperature control wasn’t working properly and the breakfast menu had limited choices, which was manageable. We will definitely visit again.

It was one of the most affordable stays I have ever made in Tvm. Very supportive staff. Neat and clean rooms.

My overall experience was good. Food was very good and had many local options. Room was average in terms of the layout, cleanliness etc. The staff was very helpful. Location was very convenient, close to the city railway station.
