Infrastructure & Rooms Hotel has good infrastructure and gives a homely feel Rooms are clean and comfortable Toilets are okay, but cleaning can be improved Air conditioners are slightly noisy Staff & Comfort Staff were responsive and cooperative Overall stay was comfortable, and we slept well Food No buffet system available Food is prepared based on limited choices for MMT bookings (dosa, idli, chicken gravy, butter chicken, roti, naan) Menu options are limited Food is delivered to the room with proper packing Lunch was better than expected Dinner quality was average, with slightly high oil content Food hygiene consistency can be improved As I am not a frequent traveler, I am unsure whether the food pricing meets three-star hotel expectations Amenities TV did not have an active subscription Two soaps and two liters of water were provided Towels, toothbrush, and shampoo were not provided Location Hotel is located near the bypass, making it easy to access Overall Comfortable stay with decent infrastructure Suitable for short stays Improvements in amenities, food quality consistency, and room facilities would enhance the experience

If you have hired private transport / own car, then this place is perfect! Away from the city on the highway so it is very quiet and serene. Each room in the property is a 2BHK house and very spacious for the family. The kids have lots of places to play and run around. The food is tasty and appropriate. Hotel service is reasonably prompt. For my family, it was an awesome stay. Definitely bookmarked for return when in Thanjavur.

Not neat at all. Dust in windows and provided clothes are old. The hotel is far from thanjavur central without a private vehicle reaching there is not easy.

Gore such a high price the hotel room was not worth. It was full of dust, tv was not working properly and room was not clean

Hotel Green Palace is situated in the highway a few kilometers away from the City. Around 200 to 300 meters from the National highway. Place is basically a service apartment which is run as a Hotel. You get a small hall, kitchen, bed room and of course a wash room inside for your stay, (atleast a few cooking equipment's inside the kitchen would have been good) rooms were tidy and the hospitality of the staff was good. They could speak english and I could communicate easily with them as I couldn't speak Tamil. There is a restaurant situated at the ground floor. Room service is also available. Also there is a departmental store next to the Hotel for your quick needs. A decent place to stay in.

People were so courteous, ideal for a family stay. Home away from home. Food was excellent, even though limited menu. Very comfortable. It's worth a stay.

I stayed with my family here. The location is a bit off the Town. However, if you have your own transportation this is a very good property. This is an apartment Hotel and excellent value for money, if you are traveling with family or extended family. Parking and security could be improved. If you are looking for a short stay then it is a very good place. Food is good. Hospitality is good and staff are very polite.

They are not cleaning the rooms, corridor and entrance properly. Location is clean and peaceful but Hotel is not matching the quality with their price. Foul smell in the corridors since they are not removing food plates, food waste in time and it is there the whole day. Rooms are with full of dust. Should not waste money here

The apartment type room provide ample space and comfort, staff is responsive too

I stayed there for 2 days. Loved the experience.
