Review Of Hotel Dharohar Palace ( Last check In time at 10 Pm )

I did not stay there because Parking was not available in the Hotel but on MakeMyTrip app it was showing parking available. They were asking me to park my vehicle outside on colony road around 200-300 meter far. This hotel is in colony and very far from main gate. There was a huge disputed property in front of the hotel which had huge bushes. So I feeled very insecure to stay there with family. I tried to cancel the booking but was unable to cancel the booking because I got one cancellation form on my WhatsApp and there it was for a valid supporting document. and I did not understand what supporting document you were asking. I also tried to call the customer support number but there only bot was talking about no human being. So, Hotel booking experience was very bad with MakeMyTrip. Please go through my review and try if I can get my amount full/partial refunded. Thanks Nitin

bed seat is dirty. t.v not working. ac not working. room is very smelly and dirty. food is very poor. no parking. everywhere cockroach.

Poor stay. There is a restrictive timetable; you can't leave the hotel before 6 AM or after 10 PM. The room is old with a broken window and dirty floor mats. The bedding is itchy and uncomfortable, the room smells, and the space is far too small.

Location was not good and they have poor rule that gate will be close by 10 pm

application is in good condition but really room looks very bad we are not happy with this service

The room was clean and the receptionist had good behavior but if you will check in early, extra charges will apply & I ordered breakfast but it was not tasty.

Everything was good, the room and their service were nice, but the location is kind of not good. If boys are there, then it's good, but for girls, it's not that much good. But still, they make sure of safety for girls. Overall, we love their service.

No comfort and so unclean rooms. The room was not at all like it was shown.
