Initially it was good. The room they showed me I liked, then as we settled, they said sir it's booked and then I was given a room which was not up to the mark. The shower was not working properly. There was rust on the shower. I requested a plate; the staff told us to call reception and then the reception said to call kitchen and at the end they refused that sorry we don't provide plates.

The staff behavior was not good and there was a lack of cooperation. The hotel conditions were unhygienic, and the service was poor. In addition, the staff argued with us regarding the breakfast, which was very unprofessional. Good Stay
We had a wonderful stay. The room was clean and comfortable, and the food was good. What really impressed us was the service. Beyond the great amenities, the staff truly care about their guests. We requested a late check-out to align with our travel plans, and they were happy to accommodate us. That kind of flexibility is rare and much appreciated. A big thank you to the whole team!

Excellent hotel for the rate given. Receptionists especially Mr Imran was good. Staff were excellent and prompt. Very close to all attractions. Highly recommended.

Hotel was terrific.. neat & clean room.. Near to Tajmahal just 10 min walk.. hotel staff was very cooperative.. breakfast and dinner was outstanding.. buffet was unlimited and delicious.. lovely trip..

Property hygiene was not good. No dental kit, comb kit was found in the room. Bed sheet/pillow cover, towel was also not good in terms of hygiene. No welcome drink was provided during check-in.
