The best experience ever had
Everything was just awesome staff, management, food quality, ambiance, property, cleanliness. Enjoyed my stay. It was just fun. Would definitely recommend staying there.

Average Stay
Room service was fast. Reception staff need to work a bit faster to get rooms ready for the visiting guest on arrival as per the policy of hotel. The lower staff had appreciable behaviour and hospitable attitude.

The location of the hotel was good but the bed sheet was dirty but food was amazing. The staff was also helpful in nature.

Excellent Stay
Location:- is quite calm, 2 km from nakki lake Food:- it was good specially breakfast and their special mix fruit ice cream Facility:- awesome play area for kids, live music, rajasthani folk live music, magic show, puppet show between 7 to 11, property is huge, lot of greenery Safety:- very safe place Staff:- hotel staff is very friendly and cooperative Parking:- large parking within hotel premises

It was a poor experience, the washroom smells a lot. Even if the towels are not clean and smelly, outside of the room is very noisy at night, we had to ask for basic things like slippers then they'll provide. Overall not worth the money.

Good location and clean property, but room allotment issue and average VF
The property is neat and clean, rooms are spacious and well-maintained. Staff is polite and responsive. However, there was a disappointing start: I had booked a Deluxe room in advance, but on arrival they initially showed me a different category room saying the booked one wasn’t available. Since we had a child with us, safety was a concern, and only after repeated follow-ups and expressing my dissatisfaction did they finally allot the room I had originally booked. This left a slightly sour taste at the beginning. Breakfast was quite average – limited variety and nothing exceptional. The barbeque dinner, though, was tasty and enjoyable. Overall, it was a good stay thanks to the location, cleanliness and decent service, but considering the price paid, it didn’t feel completely value for money – mainly because of the initial room issue and mediocre food. Would recommend if you’re looking for a convenient location, but manage expectations on food and confirm your booking category thoroughly upon check-in.

BESTEM Best Hotel
The food offered by the hotel was impressive. Breakfast featured a good variety of options, from fresh pastries and fruit to hot dishes made to order. Housekeeping did a great job refreshing the room daily, and any requests I made were handled efficiently.

Hotel rooms are old and Dirty
I am travelling 2nd time to Mount Abu with my husband and i am staying in Chacha inn 2 nd time also but now the Hotel Staff has been changed and they don’t provide us the exact room we have booked. The room were very dirty and old even the Furniture was broken. They didn’t provide us a good room.

The hotel’s actual condition is far older and less appealing than shown in the photos on its website. The construction is outdated, and the facilities do not match the advertised standards. Room cleanliness was poor — cobwebs were found, and the bathroom lacked basic amenities like hand wash liquid. The swimming pool is much smaller than expected, and the so-called kids’ pool is barely enough for two small children. Considering the charges, the quality of maintenance, cleanliness, and amenities is below expectations. Management should improve upkeep and provide facilities as advertised.

Good Stay
The live music at garden restaurant was really good. The staff is very professional and provided a good service. The hotel building is average but over all experience staying at cha cha inn was really good.
