Review Of Hotel ASHOKA

10-15 min walk to kund and temple. Food is good (veg only). Room is okay. AC is chilling. Parking space also good.

Room wasn't clean. Sheets looked used. Staff weren't friendly except the receptionist and security. Restaurant also wasn't clean.

Hotel, its location, its food and its staff all were unparalleled. Also cab was arranged from hotel at a very minimal price. They were very cooperative and warm. I'll always recommend my dear ones to stay at Hotel Ashoka, Rameswaram

Hotel stay was good. But the property was not up to standard as per rates paid. Breakfast was not good. I think if you are selling this property on pan India level, you should maintain the quality of food you are serving to the guests. Only South Indian food items were served on breakfast.

Hotel room boys and other staff are very good and supportive. But the food is poor now. They charge 200 rupees for morning breakfast but it is not worth it. Idly uthapam and povah or semiya bath is the menu. We asked for a plain dosa but they refused. No Kellogg's bread, fruits, juice, which is generally offered in complimentary breakfast.

Good place to stay, need some improvement in food. Overall good hotel to stay along with family, ambience also good. Hotel is nearby temple, so easy to visit temple, but cost is too high.

Unsatisfactory staff, unsatisfactory breakfast, unhygienic and small washroom.

Rooms are average, cleanliness was okay but I can't complain much when I compare it with all the places around. The location is great as it's in walking distance from the Ramanathaswamy temple. The lady at reception was sweet and polite. The only guy at their restaurant who I found cordial was a guy we met from Jharkhand I guess, he was very nice sorry forgot his name. Food was kinda okay not bad not good, they have very limited options at their inhouse restaurant - basics like curd rice or steam rice etc were unavailable and they said that's not what they serve. Since it was summer and hot a lot of people might prefer those options but ya those were missing. That's a feedback for them to add the simple meals in menu at least in summers. They have room service available which is a plus. They booked a vehicle for us to sightsee which we realized by later evening that it was way expensive and others charge much less. So if you got plans to book one just walk down the lane and will find a lot of vehicles standing to take you with a small negotiation. Will I recommend this to people? Yes I would.

Hotel Ashoka offers comfortable stay in reasonable cost. Restaurant food quality is also very good. Staff of hotel and restaurant are very cordial and helpful. Hotel is located at a walking distance from Rameshwaram Temple which makes it convenient to go to temple at any time. It takes hardly 5 minutes to reach temple from hotel.

Had a 3 night stay at Queen suite at Hotel Ashoka, Rameswaram, excellent proximity to North Gate of Temple just 200 mts, excellent food you can enjoy just 100 mts away at Muragan Mess, this makes things so easy to manage, hotel has a positive vibe and rooms were clean and spacious. Very nice Hotel near to Ramanathaswamy temple. Rooms are clean and good size however the bed is Queen size fit for two people only. overall good experience

Location is very good easily approachable by car near main mandir, staff is very friendly and supportive. Beat and clean having its own restaurant, nice place to stay.
