Review Of Horseland Hotel and Mountain Spa

The food and staff were very good, and the overall food experience was amazing. However, the room quality, room cleaning, housekeeping, beds, and washroom were not good at all. The actual hotel experience did not match what was shown on MakeMyTrip. The hotel has a good location, but the quality and cleanliness of the rooms and housekeeping services need significant improvement. Overall, I had a very good experience with the food and staff, but the room and housekeeping standards were disappointing and did not meet the expectations created by the listing on MakeMyTrip.

No hot water in 1 room, doors of both rooms were weak, need proper maintenance of the rooms. No bulbs in both balconies no handwash in washroom

it's not 3 star hotel even not single star.. bathroom room and other things are poor. it's it well for cockroaches, garbage and all poor things. Not good

I was staying at Horseland resort in Matheran. Hotel was very expensive according to the service they provide. Quality of room was very poor and AC was also not working. Room size was also small.

Very Disappointing Experience The hotel was extremely disappointing and clearly an old, poorly maintained property. The doors were broken, and the toilets were very dirty and unhygienic. The lunch was not good, while the dinner was just average. The hospitality was also pathetic, with very poor service and no sense of proper guest care. Overall, it was a very bad experience and a complete waste of money. Had the booking been cancellable, I would have cancelled it and left. I would not recommend this property to anyone looking for a comfortable and pleasant stay

The location was good and food proper but the room was average and bathroom was not hygienic. Kindly send room service time to time.

Though room was very big but property was not maintained properly. There was a foul smell in the room. It hadn't been cleaned properly. Food we ate outside by seeing room conditions. Swimming pool was good.

Very disappointing stay. The room and bathroom were extremely untidy and poorly maintained. I paid the price of a 4-star hotel but received a room that felt more like a low-budget lodge. The bucket and mug provided in the bathroom were very old and worn out. The wash basin was not properly cleaned, and overall hygiene standards were below expectations. Even the door mat and other room accessories looked old and shabby. For the amount charged, I expected much better cleanliness, maintenance, and overall quality. Unfortunately, the experience did not match the price or the hotel's claimed standards.

It was a great experience, especially the food was awesome. The entire hotel is well managed and clean, all services are good, and staff behavior is also good.
