Review Of HM Resort - Mysore

May be a 3 star resort once upon a time but no longer. Maintenance is not good. Book a number of rooms for a large group. AC not working in one, toilet lights partially not working. Beds not clean. Lots of broken lights, exhaust fans broken or not working. SPA no longer available.

Resort is well cleaned and properly all arrangements in resort. All staff are very cooperative and supportive. This is an excellent place to stay in Mysore on a budget.

Had a pleasant stay. The service was good, the staff were helpful, and the overall experience was comfortable. A nice place to stay.

I just browsed resort in last minute and booked HM resort. I was doubtful about cleanness and other amenities but it was way better than I anticipated. My kids enjoyed so much staying, swimming and roaming there.

Very poorly maintained. No cleanliness; bed and bedsheet were terrible.

Excellent ambience. Complimentary breakfast was nice. Food price is a little higher. Property maintenance was good.

Location is far distance from City, but food is nice. Amenities need to be improved. Swimming pool need to be clean

Stay was good and property is located at the calm area. Breakfast could have been better and food service to room was taking much time almost 1 hour, either food have been served to room quickly or they would have been informed the customer that it will take a time, 1 rating is reduced for this purpose, rest all is good.
