Extremely pathetic experience at Historia Royal. This hotel completely failed to provide even basic facilities and cleanliness.
First of all, there is no proper parking for guests. The security guard casually told us to park the car in the opposite lane like it was our problem to deal with. By the next morning, my car was covered in bird poop, leaves, and dust. Neither the have mention about car parking that they don’t have Absolutely irresponsible management.
The room condition was disgusting. There was a continuous foul smell coming from the washroom throughout the stay, the washroom handle was broken, and the mattress and pillows had multiple yellow stains on them. It felt extremely unhygienic and poorly maintained.
For the amount they charge, this level of service and cleanliness is unacceptable. The hotel management seriously needs to learn basic hospitality standards. Would never recommend this place to anyone.
