Kids have to be allowed in all the places.
We came to celebrate my Husbands birthday.. came as a family.. 18th night we went to bar as a family which mean to say myself husband co-sister and my son.. he is a small one can’t leave him alone in the room.. and he was sitting with us didn’t go anywhere.. after ordered the drink and food they said have to take my son down he is not allowed.. we spoke a lot finially we decided to go to the room and they bought our food and drink to the room.. which was not acceptable.. we came as a family and know to take care of him.. and it’s a 5star hotel but they behaved like a 3rd class people..

Hilton, the place is peaceful centrally located and the staff is amazing ready to help any time of the day. I hosted a customer event and everything was absolutely perfect. Thank you Hemalatha from Sales, Prakash from the staff duty head.. they took care of everything seamlessly

Excellent Stay
The room was clean and comfortable with a great view. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good with plenty of options.

worst hotel with no hot water
No hot water in the hotel and the reason the hotel staff gave was the heater not working for past 12 hrs lol . Worst hotel .

Pleasant stay
familyWe enjoyed the hospitality of the staff, especially in the restaurant and the housekeeping. Had an excellent conversation with chef shibu. The rooms are quite good, but a lot of the appliances seem a little dated. It took a very long time for the air-conditioning to actually cool the room when we checked it, which was not very pleasant. The response time for coming and checking the air-conditioning was way too long for a hotel of this category. While it falls under the business hotel category it really would not do any harm to add some form of indoor recreation like a games room. The breakfast buffet was very good.
