It was a great stay. All facilities were good. The swimming pool was clean and the play area for kids was good. Cycles were available for kids and adults. Good food and great hospitality. Thanks to all the staff!

As soon as we entered the hotel we went into the reception and once we were allotted the room no was available to help with the luggage and show the room. We were allotted a room at the back of the building with no balcony nor any proper ventilation. When I questioned them, they changed the room which didn't match my booking room photos; it was a different room, and finally, they gave the room which I actually booked for. In the morning the flush stopped working, then service was called and they could not fix the flush. They gave an alternate room with the bathroom; there again the flush was not working. Coming to the bed, on the sides it was sloping and so we had no proper space as we might slip and fall if we slept towards the sides, and it was not comfortable since we had to sleep in the middle of the bed only. The breakfast was very average; South Indian food was not up to the mark, especially this being Mysore. The staff were polite but overall service was average. We got no toothbrush or paste which we usually get in other hotels. Even while checking out we got no help bringing the luggage to the car as we were on the first floor. Overall an average experience or slightly below average.

Location is good. Food complementary breakfast was below average. Alacart food was better. Coming to room hot water was not coming properly. Bathroom had an unpleasant odor, no proper ventilation. One of the window bolts was broken, so was not able to lock the window, safety issues. Good place for kids to enjoy the ambience.

The washroom lock cannot be opened from inside. No dental kit available without asking. No grooming kit made available. No chair in balcony provided.

The Resort was okay for its price. A new experience with villa kind of stay. But the customer service was below average. The staff are not properly trained or we can say, they are not interested to do their job properly. The TV was not working for two days, and even after requesting 2 to 3 times, no one showed up. On the last day they came to fix but there are not many channels. Only you can watch news. Swimming pool, play area, basketball court were okay but can be improved. There was complimentary breakfast but the coffee was poor. If you visit the Kitchen in the evening and pay for the coffee, you will get a nice one but the coffee which they provide for complimentary is worse than Railway coffee. They don't have milk option in the morning time. Overall the stay was average to the price paid.

Great place. Parmesh is a great host. The place is great. It's a very good weekend. Gateway Parmesh is a very nice spot. There is ample parking space, kid-friendly, and there is a very good restaurant.

I visited with my family. I found it to be a good and clean room. The swimming pool was very clean and tidy. We enjoyed our visit.

rooms were spacious, location was very good and staff members were polite and courteous. they need to focus on maintenance issues but overall staying in villa was satisfactory

The overall stay was good, but it felt slightly expensive considering the limited activities available—something you would normally expect from a resort. It’s a relatively small property with around 14 villas (each having about 5 rooms, as I understand), which gives it a quieter and less crowded feel. This setup actually works well for families with infants or kids, as there’s more open space compared to a typical hotel. The pool was nice and well-maintained, but there were no tubes or floaters, which could have made it more enjoyable for kids. Breakfast was average, mostly vegetarian options with only boiled eggs available in non-veg. We tried one item from the restaurant for dinner, and it was very good in terms of taste and quality. The staff were polite, helpful, and quite proactive throughout the stay. The check-in process took around 5–10 minutes as the staff was attending to another guest at the time. However, check out was smooth. My suggestion to take 1st floor room.

The stay was awesome and the staff were very helpful. Breakfast was very nice.

It was a great choice. The hotel is awesome, close to Brindavan gardens. Room was clean and spacious, it was a resort experience. Only thing they don’t serve coffee at the room in the morning. Otherwise overall the stay was excellent.

location is good, maintainence not upto the mark. food was good. i missed out adding my wife while booking in make my trip, however added my child while booking. i was made to pay an additional charge at the resort with an abrupt response by the management. support from make my trip was poor. for the price paid i could have got a better hotels in mysore.

property location is good. It is on the main road side to Vrindavan garden. We had the breakfast. It was so good and pleasing

I am not happy with the service the hotel has provided. The room was okay, but people knocked on the door multiple times, which disturbed me a lot. The place was good, but the staff should improve the service. They came and knocked on the door by mistake and said it was another room. This happened 2 or 3 times for me.

The hotel was good, the food taste was good, the badminton court was good, the park was good, the swimming pool was good, the room was good, the location was good, the basketball court was at the wrong place.

Completely unhappy with the experience. From amenities in the room to the and service provided, nothing was up to the mark. Nowhere close to the information provided on the website for the executive room. Unclean bed sheets, towels, and stains in washroom.

Property location is good. Not in the Mysore City Centre but near KRS dam. Rooms are big and spacious, but bedding & toiletries were very inadequate. Breakfast spread was average. Staff was ignorant about the guest requests. I had to call multiple times to reception and finally had to visit for asking the room service to change the bedsheet. Staff was very unprofessional.
